Tcap clients need to be connected to liquinet to grow that business. That's where the better margins are. If they execute the acquisition well, there client base and activity should expand. The other thing you have to look for is that charts.
On every timeframe, PFC has broken the decade long downtrend. This means the traders on the long side are going to trade long. When you add the shorters closing, broker upgrades, you know the long side has got the momentum. This is likely to last a long time. There will be pullbacks like today but the momentum has changed, and most importantly, the sentiment has changed. Sentiment is the key. People will buy on sentiment alone because they except the share price to go up.

Over the medium term and even short term as well, PFC will be one of the easiest investments you can get.
The SFO investigation has concluded into petrofac as the rns states.
Funds like schroders bought in advnce of this announcement.
There will be more funds buying in, new contracts, new horizons for PFC.
It has got to be one of the easiest bets on a 3-year horizon.

It's hard to know for sure but it think at some point in the near 1-2 years this will break it.
Then might get £21 or whatever, but FTSE100 will be the place then.
