Down -5% on general sell of in the markets triggered by higher interest rate expectations in the US.
I am expecting though good results as the macro environment is good for Tcap. They been doing well with interest rate and bond trading. One can only hope that cost cutting measures and in general, companys turnaround plan puts it into profitability more firmly. That is the only question and hopefully TCap is making headway on that.

Is the tie up esxpected to be earnings adcretive and/or boost the share price?

Unlike stable digital items that keep trending upwards, this share only goes sideways. I'll sit tight and take the dividend as it is around 10% near. UK shares undervalued and underloved. Though, at these levels only fools would sell. That includes many pension managers who have bought bonds instead. I fail to see how bonds are good value in comparison. But these smartie pants will only do what their curriculum has taught them. Enjoy the dividend

MMs are completely incabable of valuing these shares.
Digital items that I hold in other investing accounts have risen 100% over the past month.
Yet it pays no dividend.
MNG pays 9% and it's up a mere 10%.
So basically useless digital items gains are 10x fold in comparison.
Absolute madness but I'll take it. Problem is that the people who control money and sell share are thickxxxx

What we do know is that we expect a slight increase on the previous final dividend, perhaps 12.4-12.5p.
So I couldn't care less about your requirement for "research".
