No Escallim. Let me explain to you as you seem new to shares.
Basically they need PFC even more as higher price of oil means they'll spend more on infrastructure.
Lots of oil services been on reduced sort of thing - so to maintain the outdated structures, oil price needs hiking - which is what they are doing here - so that they can pay more for the services for companies like PFC or Wood Group.
So this will put further pressure on the share price tomorrow morning - it will be very hard for some people to sleep tonigh. Also - expect an hugely upbeat RNS for our new CEO. It's going to to fun!
