Not sure if I'm right but....it's been said many times that taxing spread betting would cost more than the gains because losers could offset their losses against tax. If 80% of spread betters lose, that would cost the government a lot of money to tax the winners

Ftse up 2.2% Boohoo down -1%.
Dow Jones up +500 pips pre-market.
It's best to sell Boohoo and buy better dafter stocks that aren't riddled with uncertainty and unethical business practices. Sell.

I only bought in today after identifying mks as a top buy yesterday. It's a shame I could have got these cheaper yesterday but I should not complain for getting it under £1.
It's only first buy so I'm prepared for another 1-2 lots of and when I can. I've mainly been trading last 3 months but this is for hold I hope. I cannot see how these figures are not there for smashing?! I expect the November 4th half year figure to include the point that Ocado has instantly booseted sales, figures will be smashed easily. Just my view. My family shops Ocado too and we happy to migrate to mks offering. To be honest, can't wait!

So is that the expected figures for 2021?

Ocado sold 50% of their business for £750m....they must be regretting the price now. It's value is now closer to £2 billion. What a bargain for MKS

MKS paid £750m for 50% stake in Ocado. After September, M&S food sales are gonna go through the roof. If MKS tried buying stake in Ocado now - the cost would be probably triple of what they paid - they've got a bargain. Clothing will be on sale on Ocado site too. Why then are MKS shares at 95p. What am I missing here?
