Very underhanded update today, they promised no dilution with the recent equity raise by doing a share buyback.

Now they cancel the share buyback which means the previous deal sucks.

The off-market share buyback agreement was terminated.

• Instead, NIPCO will acquire ~118.1 million of the shares previously earmarked for the buyback via secondary market transactions.

• The company keeps cash (~£10.05 m) by not buying back shares itself. 

Here’s the practical difference:

🧾 Before termination (if buyback were completed):

• Shares outstanding would have fallen by up to 143,565,582 → fewer shares overall.

• Result: existing shareholders own a slightly larger % of a smaller total, mitigating dilution from prior equity raises.

📉 After termination (what is happening now):

• The shares remain in public circulation — they are simply being bought by a major shareholder on the open market.

• Total shares outstanding does not decrease. So the dilution that existed after the October 2025 new issue remains unreduced.

Down another 12% today at a new low.

Why would he buy shares ahead of well results, why take the risk?

Should double relatively easily in next 12 months.

Up 9.5% today.

40% fall, terrible update, feel sorry for genuine shareholders.

Happily topped up another 20k at 6.2P

7% rise in Canada last night.

Tremendous test result and production is within touching distance of 5000 bopd.

HEMO has doubled after a weeks of continued manipulation.

I think IMM is going to follow suit, I’ve topped up this morning, chart is looking bullish.

The Avion deal has 17% royalties payable to IMM. That is worth billions if / when P140 gets to market.

How does that work for P3 trial? Will Avion contribute to the costs as it’s in their interests?

Why have they not progressed P3 trial?

Just my opinion btw, reading between the lines.

I think it easier for an interested party to do an outright takeover, but we’ll see, everything is up for grabs.

It’s not amateur.

They had a ‘safe’ deal lined up as they’ve been talking to regular parties most of the year. This was the safe bet deal that they thought they would announce by year end. They’ve been steered in the need to have the patent published which they’ve done.

They solicited others as they went along.

The BIO-EUROPE conference has thrown things off track, as it was at this conference where they received significant interest from new companies. In course of their fiduciary duties, they must treat all advances with due diligence.

The competition has increased for the prize, but obviously some of the new interest is further behind in their engagement with the company.

They have said it’s a certainty that a deal will be done in their last interview, so it’s a case of when, not if. However, the upside may be higher if some of the new entrants engaging with them throw their offer into the ring.

It’s going to take longer, but upside may be higher imho.

Why have we not got rid of Canada operations, it’s a drag.

Operating expensive and admin expenses are well down this quarter compared to 9 months.

Good results for 3rd quarter! I’m pleasantly surprised.

Funds flow this quarter is $2m above the average two first quarters of the year.

It’s also above the same quarter last year, even though revenue was down.

Cash also growing since quarter end.

That’s what I said on day of announcement….because there is more interest, that’s a good thing, but a deal takes longer as competition for P140 has just increased.
