I partially agree with you - pi's should do due diligence & all info should be considered etc.
That said, a lot of broker notes are "paid for" research by the company that's employing them. Their job is to raise awareness (and therefore capital). There's usually a disclaimer at the bottom of the note (in the small print, of course!).
Where did you get the broker note from? I can't find the original, just a write up in proactive investor.

I wouldn't give to much credence to Broker Notes - they're not worth the paper they're written on.
Look at a FTSE company broker notes - 10 different brokers with 10 wildly differing opinions & sp targets!

As for 14k oz production figures in 2023, it's so far away those numbers are meaningless. Personally I'd ad a zero to that. But what do I know!

I know some are disappointed at the lack of sp movement this morning, but relax guys.
The drill results were OUTSTANDING and we still have more assays pending :) Also, they're currently building the infrastructure necessary for mining.

The market is valuing GGP on 4.2m oz equiv right now, as per the numbers reported.
Once SD provides a MRE upgrade it will move higher.
On PFS it will move higher again.
On DFS it will move higher still.
On first gold pour, it will move higher again.
A lot of institutional investors won't invest until they see something official -as they have a fiduciary duty to their shareholders. This is GREAT NEWS for holders. Why? Because you've now got a GOLDEN opportunity to accumulate more at a very good price, knowing the numbers just reported are brilliant and knowing by year end the PFS and MRE will be out.
A little bit more patience and all will come good.

Hardly fair. Their MCap is £39m, ours is £750m. They have 188m shares, we have 3,965m shares.
To get to 30p would add about £16m to their value and over £430m to ours.
But yes, it would be very nice indeed :)

I think part of your post may have been aimed at me. So just for clarity, and so the whole board knows, my motivation to invest here is 2 fold:

1. To make very good money going forward on a 2-5 year basis as Haveiron develops, and hopefully other acreage in our tenements delivers (Juri, Goliath, Scallywag, Tasmania et al).
2. As a hedge against inflation, which after all the money printing by CB's, I believe is coming in spades.

Essentially my logic is: make a very decent return going forward, coupled with an inflation hedge - a double win if you like :)

If you read back through my posts, you'll see I've been NOTHING BUT civil & positive. Nor have I insulted, undermined or made snide remarks to anyone. However, if you read through some of the comments a few posters have made, they're frankly shameful.

I have learned one thing though, some posters on this board are incredible immature, paranoid and devoid of independent thought. You strike me as immature, and certainly come across as such. Now off you go and "tell teacher (moderator)" that a big boy made you cry.

I have no wish to continue dialogue with you on this board, but I WILL respond to anything people say, so if you want to clog this board up with carp all day, keep going. All you and I will do is annoy everyone else, and I'd rather not. You clearly have a "thing" for me, and that's not healthy.
