Hi DM, you're nearly 100% right in what you say - except about Bitcoin. It is a complete Ponzi, along with all the other crypto's. Bitcoin's USP is that only "x" number of coins are available, but these can be sub-divided to infinity, ie, you can own 0.000000000001 Bitcoin. They have ZERO tangible assets to back them up (ie. Gold, Property). Also, what's to stop them bringing out another coin, lets say "Son of Bitcoin", or Bitcoin2". ANYONE can create a crypto coin. The last time I looked, there were over TWO THOUSAND different coins out there being "traded" between fools & bigger fools. EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS ZERO VALUE.
Early movers got rich of the scheme, everyone else is left holding a very expensive "virtual nothing".
Just my opinion, but what do I know :)

PS. If anyone here is holding crypto, sell it before you lose the lot. That's not financial advice, because ponzi's aren't regulated & neither is crypto........ Think about that.
