Several of us did some calcs and came up with 'best guess' estimates.

But he has diluted shareholders into the Billions on several occasions and then consolidated again - wiping out shareholders along the way, he has lied about 2kg nuggets lying around on our tenements, he has endlessly fundraised on an ad-hoc & totally random basis to raise money to pay his salary, he has produced dozens & dozens of pointless powerpoint presentations over the years with words like "similar to Havieron", "close to Telfer", Havieron lookalike", "dome-like", he has done the odd random drill - just enough to do another fundraise and then go all quiet on investors (like now), he has tried to close WSBN recently when gold was at an all time high (Jan25), he has taken over $2.6million in salary since 2012, he has charged shareholders additional "consultancy fees", he has provided 'unaudited' and overly complicated annual results, and he has now gas lit everyone with both his latest regurgitated RNS from 2023, a random picture of a helicopter in the sky and other random pictures of drill rigs - all of which could be anyone's & are totally unverifiable. And then he brought in Lenigas.....

I've been crystal clear in my views about Poulden - he's a spiv, a conman, a chancer and is running WSBN as his personal lifestyle company.

It's time for a change in both management and shareholder expectations. We need competent professionals running our company, not this tired old chancer.

If Poulden's still in charge on Friday afternoon, you have no-one to blame but yourselves when your holding become worthless, which they will.

So, instead of gobbin' off, maybe spend some time reading the garbage Poulden releases in his fantasy RNS's?

If your going to Gibraltar, can you ask Poulden why he stated in his "Strategic Update" of 23 Jan 2025, just 10 months ago, that he was going to close our Australian operations because they weren't 'viable', despite record gold prices?

Can you also ask the Chairman why he's been taking an excessive $200,000 salary every year with nothing to show for shareholders.

And you may as well ask why he's been taking additional annual 'fees' from the company bank accounts for 'consultancy work'. I thought that's what the excessive salary was for?

Oh, and don't forget to ask how he manages to run a mining company in Australia from his villa the Middle East? I'd like to know, it's impressive...

One last thing, can you ask him why, as he's been in charge since 2012, Wishbone hasn't mined a single, solitary ounce of gold in Australia over the last 13 years...?

I don't think that's correct. Read CP's statement:

Executive Chairman Cameron Pearce commented:

The Beehive Lode is an exciting NEW STEP-OUT TARGET that we have wanted to test with the drill bit for some time and early indications are very promising. Our independent geologists have estimated Orom-Cross to be one of the most substantial graphite deposits worldwide and success at Beehive will further enhance our confidence in that evaluation."

"All of this work is integral to EXPANDING BOTH Resources and Reserves and will ultimately FEED INTO the Definitive Feasibility Study underway. Importantly, this technical progress supports the commercial traction we're now seeing with offtake partners and lays the groundwork for strategic project-level funding discussions already underway."

Valuation?

The PFS NPV of $486m is over 3 years old & we've now just completed the largest drill in Bres history - an additional 6750m of drilling.

I believe the JORC will at least double our reserves and the NPV will probably hit $1Bn+.

Miners are usually valued between 15-35% of NPV. If we work on a middle range valuation of 25%, that'd give us a Mcap of $250m/£189.4m.

I've gone for mid range % for several reasons: I'm expecting the JORC on Monday and the DFS no later than Friday, both of which will solidify our position, we have offtake agreements for our entire first 5 years of production, and we have plenty of US/EU/UK financial backing, to name but a few of the positives.

I've no idea how many warrants are outstanding, but if you just work off shares currently in issue, we have 390.52m.

At £/$1.32 that equates to 48.49p per share.

It's just a quick, imperfect & simplistic calculation for now. You can adjust figures accordingly if you add in whatever warrants are outstanding.

Bear in mind we've only drilled 2% of our land. There could be plenty more still to come.
