Change of Directors

Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM), the Gibraltar technology group, announces that James Formolli has been appointed as Chairman of the Company and that Richard Poulden has resigned as Chairman and director of the Company, Jack Sun has resigned as Finance Director with immediate effect. Alan Gravett has agreed to remain a director until Monday, 30th October 2023 to keep the Company legally compliant but has resigned as Non-Executive Director with effect from that date.

The board changes have been made to promote the best interests of the company and its shareholders.

1. It's shallow, I don't believe they'll be building a mine.

2. The AISC may, or may not, include tax. I've researched it before and 'AISC' is extremely variable with mining companies. Some include ALL costs, some don't. Time will tell.

Ok, so I've just done a very quick 'botfp' calculation on this.

I've used gold at $4200/oz, AISC at $1200 and the exchange rate at £/$1.33

210k oz

33% = 12 bags

51% = 18 bags

350k oz

33% = 20 bags

51% = 30 bags

1m oz

33% = 57 bags

51% = 87 bags

Completely imprecise & doesn't account for the time to get the gold out, but gives you a gist of the potential here.

Our new hire turned around a previous business in less than 24 months. I expect big things here.

I have ZERO sympathy for those who lost money here.

Despite multiple warnings from myself and others, about Poulden's ponzi, you were either blinded by sheer greed, or too lazy to do even the slightest research. All the answers are in the last 12-13 years worth of RNS's issued by Poulden. Pure fantasies about being similar to Havieron, or 2kg golden nuggets lying around on our tenements. And don't even start me on the endless fundraising, dilutions and consolidations.

He even brought in LENIGAS - a final 2 fingers up to investors - and you STILL put money in here.

Now he's going to build a road, to a gold mine that doesn't exist............

Expect another fundraise. Expect more lies - don't forget, he bought a dozen scraps of land last year to keep the scam (oops, I mean 'dream') alive.

PS. Non-ponzi companies FIND the gold FIRST, then build a road..!

If you want money makers you'd be wise to do some research & due diligence on BRES, ECO (Atlantic), GGP, JAN & SVML.

Ok, last time Eco rose like this was on the 7th Jan 2022, when they announced an acquisition.

So maybe Gil's got something in the bag...?

I don't know, but let's say:

Cost to build road: £1m

Cost to shareholders £4m

Reason for difference: Poulden....

Cost of new villa in Dubai: £3m

Oh, and don't forget, there'll be another massive fundraise to pay for it all, again..!!!

I think more news may be on the way. We're rising quickly on nothing specific.

Maybe Total/Qatar are about to announce an imminent drill on 3B/4B??

It's better to wait until the sp has risen significantly before exercising this option. That way we issue LESS shares to MTgold.

Those hole 1 assays were sent to the lab on 22 Aug 25. That was FIFTEEN WEEKS AGO.

Where are they???? Why no statement from Poulden?

The 'present' value is in the range of 40-48p. Once the market wakes up and funding's in place, it'll re-rate.

On a brighter note, and to cheer myself up, with $1.1Bn of free cash returned over the initial 14 year mine life, that equates to £1.59 per share. And that FCF is over 3 years old..

Ok, 2 things:

1. DFS by 'end Nov'. So it should land at some point today, just another 8hrs to wait, hopefully!

2. The updated presentation is targetting 20k tons in phase 1, I'm pretty sure it was only 10k tons last month when I looked at the presentation. So a 100% increase in start up production? Correct me if I'm wrong?

Either way, I'm buying more. This has "significant re-rate" written all over it....
