On a separate note, and this is NOT a ramp, I've just been over on the CEG board, where I've noticed their share price has risen considerably on nothing more than the start of FO discussions. They're in the same game/postcode area as us, are massively behind us operationally, have no plans to drill for at least a year, yet are valued higher. How on earth does that work? I'm only interested in them 'cos I bought CEG back in the day & have lost 99.5% of my punt to date. It ain't worth selling, and NO, I don't recommend anyone buying it..

TrustILie, makes sense. I'd like to think Gil can derive something from HH, maybe a small % or a one off lump sum, but fighting a court action against a supermajor would be economic suicide imo. I remember reading about 10% of HH being in our block a few years ago, but nothing formal was confirmed.

Hopefully Gil can pull his finger out and start confirming multiple FO's & drill dates in the near future. The pace of progress is excrutiatingly slow here...

Forgive my ignorance, but do we have an agreement re the 10% of Hammerhead sitting in our block? I can't seem to find anything, but would be happy for someone to direct me to the necessary document/web page.

If HH is going to produce 150Kbopd, that's 15Kbopd for us, less costs. But our current MCap seems to have a severe disconnet with this.

Hopefully 3B/4B will be drilled sooner rather than later, I've yet to see a firm date from Total, but was expecting it early next year, unless anyone knows differently....?

We're currently valued at £6m, which is approx 2,330 oz/au. So if the JORC beats that, we're in the money.

I'm not sure if Gil's being overly fussy, greedy, deluded, or incompetent, in these multiple, ongoing negotiations across our holdings.

Maybe he should employ a top notch professional negotiator to do the farm outs? We don't want to lose our licences, so he needs to seriously "up the urgency" on a FO deal at Orinduik. Something has got to be better than nothing....

Under the terms of the licence, Gil has until 14 Jan 2026 to drill one well on Orinduik. That's 16 weeks, or 112 days, from today.

He hasn't even got a farmout agreement in place yet, let alone a drill rig on site......

He's had since Jan 2024, almost 2 years, to do something, but hasn't.

I've never seen a slower negotiation process in my life. He needs to prioritise our assets for drilling & then focus solely on the number one priority. He's currently talking to the world and his wife across multiple countries 7 jurisdictions. It isn't good enough.

The last well he drilled was 6 years ago...

That's possibly true, but frankly I don't care anymore. I just want my money out (at a small loss) so I can put it into some much better prospects. If they come off I'll be making money hand over fist, so my loss here will be irrelevant.

My understanding is that the share suspension will be lifted & trading resume once the FY24 results are published, as per the 30th Apr RNS. I understand that should happen by the end of next month. Does anyone know differently?
