Watched it till it zooms in to his grinning face, the man angers me. The only thing that was a very big one was GR wages and Expenses................... Sorry guys but his hole body language is a happy go lucking guy, if it happens it happens, what do I care your paying me a grand a day and I will plod along at my own pace, doesn't matter if I deliver, still get paid, this number will see me into retirement.

If it was 10p, 1p or 0.1p what does it matter, initially you will loose a further 20% then they need to raise a further £6m

So if the company is valued at £10m dilution would be 60% would it not?

Lets say the MC goes even lower, it halves - £5m what is dilution then? correct 120%

Effectivly dept free, that's is correct CF73 but you could also be right in saying we are dept free because of dilution so we are dept free because the company has diluted shareholder value and their investments.

Limestone and Forestry division (forestry only thing worth anything bought by another of GR companiesat a loss to us)

Drilling at Zulu (but not all went on drilling some got spunked on wages and RHA)
Converted loans from GR why he p!553s about not delivering to pay the wages

Newco will see us loose a further 20% initially then to raise a further £6m at say a £10m MC will be another 60% dilution. Please if I am wrong do the maths for everyone ant tell them what a holding of £10k will be worth once we happen to become Newco

I think the two are connected GR stated sign off and apparent 48hrs extension etc etc then the ramping started now there is clearly no sign of news the ramping stops looks like GR was pushing for a higher SP to dilute at if that news landed, I believe all his RNS are fiction and guess work its hard to think anything else every deadline has been missed, nothing ever materializes and he has failed to deliver on one single promise or positive bit of news.
Every slightly positive bit of news has been a personal pump by our CEO to raise funds through dilution. FACT 600m shares to nearly 8 billion and he is yet to return any profit, the man is a joke for a so called professional in his field, absolute embarrassment....................................

Yes correct I did and I am man enough to come on here and say it.

I had email corispondence with GR that I shared to those that asked I was also sent emails others had received.
On that basis your right I thought 1p was coming and stuck another £6k in.

However that information that I was given or sent apparently you from GR as we now know was absolute crap, most of it was probably made up by the man steering this ship down 5h!t creak, as this was how he seen it playing out.
A lot of GR past RNS have been on fiction rather than fact and this is why we are where we are.

As mentioned the closed supporters group is either deluded or privy to information the rest of us aren’t, wheather that info is true or not they will still believe and say GR is doing a fantastic job.

So black sheep I don’t mind saying I was sucked in by GR BS (AGAIN), you would think once bitten twice shy (if only once) I wouldn’t be emotionally attached to believe one day he will deliver. However when your £65/66k down its the only hope you can hold onto.

Guess what I’m not a a loan here either ............ but that’s the difference between me and the other rampers I am still here daily as I’m a long term holder trapped not a trader, what I do know is it will take more than my ramping to move this SP!

Very interesting and I say interesting because if you want to see any value from Circum the only way to get a share will be by buying shares in PREM prior to the NEWCO as then the shares will be ring fenced and you wont have access, you will only be left to buy shares in NEWCO which will not include Circum. So Circum is worth upwards of £30-40m this will be looked in for current shareholders 0.35-0.5 possibly more who knows so when will the cut of be?

The action group of Noel and co who claim to have 13% are as much use as a chocolate fire guard or an astray on a motorbike.

They believe GR and take what he says as gospel, you would have thought by now they would have realized that GR will happily take his grand a day and expenses, how low will it go before he buys enough to take us private will he do that at a £3-5m mc because that's the way we are going, market doesn't believe GR, the average PIs don't believe GR only the fan club....................... Sorry state of affairs here and the ones that can are doing sweet F.A makes you wonder if there is connections to the board in charge of the camp!
