Would you phone up the Government and say WTF is going on you guys said 48hrs when they are on the verge of signing or would you say I know what lets play the game they said 48hrs might be a slight hold up, don't think going in all guns blasting is going to help in this situation.

Why you might have doubt because of previous placings we need to look at the facts.

MOM are confirmed as being at RHA
RNS requesting an additional 48 hrs from MOM

Its hard not to put the above information together and get 2 + 2 = 4

We then know a JV is in place for both RHA and Zulu but requires the ownership sign off

I cant see why we would need dilution as GR has stated he will either convert or extend his loan and we are in a closed period so only one option there, the other factoring point would be a JV is going to fund RHA as part of a JV, they therefore will be stumping up any additional cash required for work at RHA and I would have expected this to include the running costs until in production start of Q1 if required.

We are basically waiting for the MOM to sign, Zimbabwe isn't the quickest of places but the positive is why would they ask for an additional 48hrs if they weren't to sign, doesn't make sense, everything else in the background is a completed jigsaw we are just waiting on the final piece
