Looks like a good day at the office, SP climbing and flushing sellers out, seems buys are heavily outweighing sells, MM will be struggling for stock going into the weekend if this buying pressure continues tomorrow and into the close of play today.

1.3 m and 5m right after the bell, looks like things are getting off to a flyer - GLA

Take a mortgage out and overpay every month by double can pay off your mortgage or dramatically reduce it in 6-7 years.
Start realizing you can either p!55 it up the wall spunk thousands on cloths and 5h!t or you can stop trying to impress people that don't matter and get your head down ar5e up.
Lot of people I know have everything but own nothing living from paycheck to paycheck everything on tick. Thing with paying chunks of your mortgage if your ever financially in the 5h!t or out of work you can remortgage and get a chunk back (luckly never come to this) even matured and change my 6.3l car for a Jag F Pace the thing is paying for its self the money I am saving on juice.
Also lucky I have a decent paying job and constant work even through the Oil and Gas down turn

I am 99% sure when asked about a JV partner for Zulu GR said he had someone ready to go, the hold up being that RHA required more funds to maximize profits and mine life and the same JV partner for Zulu wanted a slice of RHA, after all RHA is more or less ready to go into production.

Expecting to see
- RHA Ownership
- JV partner to fund RHA into production
- Same JV partner to fund Zulu to DFS
(The last DD was for £5.1m for 30%, DFS costs £3.1m we then had £2m to play with which is the amount RHA requires)
- Would be nice to see JV partner paying for Zulu up to DFS for 20-25%
- JV partner then taking 15-20 % of RHA and funding the £2.1 million required

Would rather give away 15-20% of RHA and retain 5-10% more of Zulu as this is were the real money is, if we can then retain 75-80% we can offload 25-40% retaining 40-50% of Zulu which makes us joint or majority stake holder with new or same partner stumping up to get us into production. This could be less is we have cash from Circum and could offer a smaller stake and go half's on the costs which are approx. $64m if I remember correctly.

The remainder I will let ride out as I want to see the true value here, don't think there is any point holding for 5 years to sell once I break even. I honestly believe we could smash the all time high of 3.5p if everything goes to plan here in the next 6-12months.
Otherwise I might as well have left my cash in the bank or paid it of my mortgage and been almost mortgage free at 29 when I first got in here.

Well sentiment and positivity is returning to PREM, with it confidence and cash to elevate the SP, been one bumpy ride these last 5 years but I actually feel very, very confident George Roach will deliver and the bump ride will have been worth the wait.
Onwards and upwards every one, here's to another positive blue day and the beginning of a spectacular re-rate.
Every day has defiantly been one day closer to news, actually needed to pinch myself knowing we have almost arrived and PREM is finally away to start delivering what it set out to all those years ago.

If your new to PREM welcome onboard IMO you will flourish from these levels, the bumpy road has been finally ironed out and everyone is now looking at a smooth ride into the sun set.

Zulu can be fast tracked if the cash is there they can drill as quickly as they want DFS could be 6-8 months max

Decisions - did you read the BARA report RNS? If you did you may want to read it again then repost your post as you are talking BS my friend.

RNS states

"The Technical Study was limited to ore blocks in the underground area nearing completion of development at the time of shutdown of RHA in January 2018"

(So this reads that the BARA report was carried out on a small area in fact it was on ore blocks not the hole underground mine)

It then goes on to say -

"and does not review life-of-mine economics that would be associated with the previously declared gross underground inferred resource of 1.325 million tonnes grading at 4.72kg/t WO3 (as announced on 15 September 2017) "

So you have the tonnage and the grades doesn't look like it will be requiring all these millions you talk about does it.

In fact if you done your own research the £2.1m for RHA is to strategically develop the mine to enable a longer mine life at a higher grade. The JV partner will be paying for this.

Its a funny thing individual interpretation sometimes it helps to read things more than once to gain a full understanding of what you are commenting on .

We are potentially looking at sign off of ownership ownership of RHA which we currently own 49% of this would take us to 90% (next 48hrs), word on the street is that PREM have a double JV lined up to fund RHA into production (project ready to go into production to maximize this JV partner required to spend £2.1m giving away a % to JV partner) and a JV agreement in place to take Zulu to DFS (Zulu is a Tantalum and Lithium reserve with Lithium reserves upwards of 160mt possible - multi billion pound project)

Then we have over 5m shares in Circum minerals that is work a minimum value of $10.2m (what we paid for them) but more likely £30-50m - Circum looking to list on the stock market by January 8-9 weeks away, however if the price is right GR may well sell, if not hold out till listing (Circum Minerals - largest potash reserve in the world)

$2.1bn after tax 10% NPV. We own 5%. With the embargo lifted earlier this year this has become an even more attractive investment for foreign investment!!

Strange to see the SP at 0.185 Bid at 0.18 with the Ask at 0.20 with shares been purchased at 0.19 looks like the MM are punishing those offloading there stock and giving them rock bottom price would have expected SP 0.19 - Bid 0.185 - Ask 0.20
MM Opened the spread to cream a little more of those cashing out!

Continual flushing of sellers and increasing SP is excellent going in to a news rich period, this continues for the next day or so before news we are going to fly IMO - GLA

Chippyjo - we know we have funds to take us through till Q1 without cash injection from a JV partner.

Any JV partner will need to inject the cash for production for a percentage for a larger percentage handover cash as well which will see us through till we are turning a profit.

Its also worth noting that discussions are ongoing with Circum in the back ground, so there are plenty of options to cover us until cash positive from production

- Cash currently in bank to take us through to Q1

- JV to handover cash as well as pay for RHA costs (£20+ spent on RHA to date all plant and equipment on site ready to go)

- Cash from production at RHA (we only need to wash our face and cover wages and costs)

- Cash injection from sale or part sale of Circum

- Placing at a higher price (don't think this will happen IMO but being balanced and if I don't mention it a de-ramper will, of course always an option but very, very slim chance this should ever come to this again)
