I think it is interesting to note that the SP is holding which shows there is a lot of support and want for stock. There are a few PIs selling and there shares are getting washed and bought back of PIs.
We know that the government have requested a further 48hrs, now this has been RNS it is public knowledge and there for the whole world to see, the RNS has done a number of things IMO;
1/ It has put pressure on the government to complete as the information is public and on the world stage, that government will want to show and prove to other investors its true to its word.

2/ It puts PIs minds at rest and sends out a positive message of news flow that in the case of 48hrs is imminent

3/ IMO the next day or two of trading will allow for a steady rise but more importantly clear out the dead wood, the dead wood that would have sold into the ownership / JV RHA/Zulu RNS we are days away from receiving this should allow for a much quicker and smoother rise/re-rate in SP as these guys have already left the building.

4/ It allows 48hrs for any shorts to be closed, again strengthening the SP but more importantly those shorters that hold and hope for a drop will get more badly burnt when the RNS drops.

All in all todays RNS is creating the perfect storm it will wash away the profit takers and shorters and take with it the LTH and PIs that can foresee the true value and the riches that are to follow - GLA

So we got an update RNS saying everything is going well and should be concluded within 48 hrs and guess what its not enough.
As for a reaction a nice jump of 11.43% isn't bad and will be a starting base platform for SP growth.
Now that PREM have the notification from the MOM they will be able to get the JV paperwork in place and ready to sign off on confirmation of ownership.
Big question is will the RNS land Friday or Monday, would prefer Monday as we can rise in anticipation and explode with the hole week ahead of us.

GLA genuine holders stand by and get ready for take off fueling is taking place and she is going to blow any day now, this is what we have been waiting for.

I actually love seeing de-rampers, they always turn up when something positive is a way to happen, normally because the majority of them are shorting and don't want to get burnt to badly, all their BS is about damage limitation, why else would they hang around like a bad smell, clearly don't hold and trying to spoil the party!

If an agreement wasn’t made by last Friday this would need to be RNSed as we where threatening the government with legal action. Have you seen a RNS to say we are starting legal action? Nope this would have been Monday! Sign off was scheduled for end of the month 31st is today so they have till the end of play today until the sign off missed the deadline.
With this in mind a JV agreement is in place for one ownership is secured, the RNS will no doubt incorperate sign off, RHA JV, RHA Production details, Zulu JV deal. So there is a lot to incorporate into a RNS even if sign off was last week the RNS needs to be submitted and reviewed as I say there could be a number of points factored into the RNS which takes time to sign off, be written into a RNS, NOBO to review RNS. SP is holding and there isn’t any thing leaking yet either way good or bad, sit tight and relax it’s coming - GLA

Maybe the should have relisted then tried to raise, who in there right mind would buy more shares that can't be traded on the open market, your literally just giving them more cash to p!55 up the wall and keep their pay role going nice try though!

Looks like the trades will miss out cant see AST recovering quickly and can see PREM delivering this week or early next , we have a deadline they dont they just said the government is looking further into permits, could be stung out for a while, they will be back some nursing a loss when the RNS drops here, rainbow chaises are all the same they are like the weather.

Cannt see why this wouldn't fly on the next RNS GL

Love a little spring cleaning, flushing out sellers and holding the SP level, the perfect storm is brewing!

I recommend your post because there are a lot of LTH that have been here a long time and seen nothing in return for their investments, like you say we need to see that change!

What can we collectively do the vast majority want to talk with GR and see if he can deliver, the don’t have a delivery date or line in the sand.
A case of suck it and see I am sorry to say.
Also not GR biggest fan, I am a firm believer in actions speak louder than words!

Just keep remembering what GR said some years ago when asked about shareholder value.

Shareholder value isn’t something that is built over night but over time we will see long term shareholder value from the assets we have.
Will agree, 5 years is long term so time to deliver Mr Roach
