And 11 months ago we only had 49%?

So in two weeks we will own 90% and ATP price is $100-150 higher per MTU meaning in production this time round we will be receiving more than double what we would have done 11 months ago and befor le you try to contradict me just take into account costs are the same wheather the ATP price is $100 or $300 per MTU

Drill results due end of this month with sign off, tailings now to be used new zoons to be highlighted. GLA

What aspect of RHA did the BARRA report focus on?
Did the BARRA report have any of the drilling updates in it?
Was the BARRA report based on an absolute minimum?

So we have two scenarios if you feel what I am saying is false.

GR told the market in a RNS that RHA was on target to produce 10,000t and push on from the target going into January.
This was based on the companies knowledge and understanding of the concept of what was given to them at RHA. So if my theory is incorrect what you are saying is that none of the BOD are fit for purpose, based on evidence put into a RNS from their jugment that RHA was going to be profitable and on track for January the know absolute sweet FA. Or could my conclusion that the CEO has managed to get another 41% for the better of everyone isn’t that bad after all and why would one question that as someone who was leading our company, he has seen an opertunity he has taken it.
What do they say I’m business it’s a dog eat dog world, AIM is unregulated and is as corrupt as the country’s the businesses operate in.
Look at the RNS AST put out SP dropped to 0.3p then another RNS jumped to 1.43p
So please, please dont try tell me AIM is not corrupt lol

I posted GR reply the other week in regards to all the positives that RHA has to offer, grades, visible mineralisation in core samples etc but admin deleted them and have warned me about copy and pasting emails.
BIG man told me lots of positives at RHA just need the sign off, so watch this space - GLA

IF RHA was washing it’s face as you put it do you think we could have approached the government asking for either £10m + or a further 41%?
Read the RNS in November and December of last year “production on track” this was at 10k tons PM
Law changed end of December / January for all new mines as we hadn’t made a profit GR issues a howler of a RNS production no where near more cash needed.
Then applies for a further 41%
IMO - everything since January in regards to RHA has been one big smoke screen and mirrors - So time for RHA to wash its face and turn a profit is two weeks away IMO - GLA

He has said lots of positives, grades are there etc etc even though the BARA report was shocking as it was only on one small section, visible mineralisation in core drill samples. Something is deffinatly bigger and better than it’s been made to look - GLA

Strongman - IMO All these RNS on RHA are BS and just a smoke screen to either get cash of the government or a increase in holding to 90%, on track and confident December until the law change. Once sign off happens production will start by the 1st November that’s if they don’t get it unofficially running before that.
Fair play to George if he has managed to wangle another 41% and can pull RHA off - GLA

SP should bounce today and head back up towards if not into the 0.2 range in anticipation of RHA sign off and JV deal going to get very interesting here IMO watch the big trades as PIs try and get back in - GLA

Thanks for the reply, think they are chancing their arm if they where to re-list maybe but just asking for more cash the letter could be a beggar on the street probably more chance of a return.
Think it’s cheeky, radio silence for months, well over a year then the only contact or update is a begging letter, couldn’t make it up!

Just a quick question if anyone can answer.

Are we going to see a relisting near term? Otherwise why would the BOD offer shareholders further shares that they cannt buy or sell on a open market?
Is there anything in the letter to suggest why they are raising further funds?

Still hoping everything is smoke screens and mirrors, on track December to be profitable then law change and we suddenly are t on track and asking for a further 41% to take is to 90% ownership.
BARA report carried out on a very small area and again didn’t paint a very good picture. We weren’t going to spend any more money but GR raised to drill another 50 holes (which he said he wouldn’t do without ownership sign off)
Speaking with GR he tells me in a email there are loads of positives after I questioned the BARA report.
Guess all will be revealed and maybe GR will share his master plan with the masses rather than just a few chosen PIs who claim we will see a RNS Monday.

SP is a poor show, even more poor is the lack of comms and the fact the Webinar wasn’t seen this week, let’s hope it’s next and they are holding off as they have positive news as well as the webinar to deliver

I hope PIs are keeping all these emails to support a court case if he does try and take it private, remember any emails or corospindence could be crucial if it comes down to the crunch.

To be fair the BARA report was a pile of shite, it only focused on one small aspect didn't include tailings or the drill results.
Personnel hoping its all smoke and mirrors to get the sign off done this week. Once we get ownership the drilling results can see us going into production very quickly.
Any JV partner will be sat waiting for this sign off IMO
ACRM RNS could see our shared push up towards £500k, £7m for Circum very minimum so RHA and Zulu currently valued at £2-2.5m absolute laughable the plant and equipment at RHA is worth more than £2m
Could really do with a quick signature for JV or cash windfall from Circum to get us going after the all important sign off

Webinar last week GR says “havent really thought about the loan, two options 1) Extend loan period 2) Convert the life an (this is not into ARCM shares but PREM shares)

Gr has previously loaned the company money no issues in the past, no reason to think anything untoward now.
Why you might not like his way of working he is actually co I get across as if he wants this to work, I have had email contact with him and he has been very positive Webinar this week upon his return from Zimbabwe, the question about the loan was one within a list containing approx 30 questions.

We would have heard all this but the hyjacking of the webinar has delayed everything by a week. This time you can tu W in but won’t bracket to ask questions so we should get our answers to the questions we have presented to the company.
