I don’t think George Roach is the right man for the job as he has failed to deliver in 5 years. In order to call a EGM we would need to see enough PIs to cover a full 10% of the shares in issue.
As you will probably realise its difficult, you are part of a group that has 11% problem is maybe 5% dont want to oust GR.

This being the case I like every PI invested (not traders) want to voice their questions and get them answered. Why wouldn’t I ?
I want to know what his master plan is if for the foreseeable future if he is still in charge until such times come.

The webinar is not the George Roach show it’s to advise of the company’s plans. Those plans and desissions are made by the BOD not just GR.

So yes I have asked questions and hopefully we will see those question answered in the up a coming webinar.

You have the power to send terms of agreement and if they are not meet call a EGM.
