At best we will have £1.7m to raise if we use all the head room £330k back to GR so £1.4m, £880k to get RHA operational and 6 months overheads so come April either sell assets or increase head room again that's as good as it gets at the minute under GR.

Can the Noel or some spokes person strengthen their case for people to joint them by answering the following question.

What is the groups intentions if GR doesn't liquidate RHA to gain 90% ownership as he stated in the webinar within the next week?
Consideration should be made to the pervious time frame he put onto this threat with the Zim Gov and is still yet to follow through.
After all it is RHA ownership that will be the decider for a JV partner to invest and ultimately the hold up.
Why you continue to wait and decide on you decision the burn rate is 100k a month

I have asked GR to focus on the positives he needs to understand sentiment, its ok saying this was only on one aspect of the mine but it didn't mention any other aspects so that's what the market has concluded on.

The post in the daily mail is horrendous it doesn't make of good reading its all about interpretation and unfortunately what was there to interpret was shocking, did it paint a true picture, doesn't mater its been reviews by the world and they have made there mind up. 17.5% down on the day SP and MC at a all time low.

He has asked for questions and has agreed to another webinar if you want to ask questions fire away.

The second webinar is for shareholders to get their constructive questions across and hopefully get an answer, I have mentioned on this BB several times for PIs to send me questions and no one has, without them your right there will be no point.

When questions are gathered and sent to the BOD there will not be another open webinar were PIs can ask questions directly on the day, unfortunately spoilt by some who can't restrain them selves. The webinar will be to cover forward sent questions

Noel is correct, GR and the BOD will not stand for such behavior and skullduggery, why you may have frustration to vent a webinar were we are trying to extract vital information isn't constructive.

Having spoken to GR he is willing to do another Webinar immediately but the questions will be sent over to him and the BOD to review and answer so they can then answer the question (is possible without the distractions seen yesterday)

I understand that there is two groups running as we speak a few members left and have started there own group, this is only a suggestion but would it be worth while being civilized for the sake of our investments and all joining or re-joining Noel and try and get to the first group to the 20% mark, which will stand us in good stead should we wish to take future action.

In the mean time can we start to come up with some sensible and constructive questions we can collectively put over to the BOD

Yes mate anyone of them. However the scheduled dates for key milestones aren’t clear as George doesn’t have any to give, nothing has target or scheduled time frames. This is basic for managing a project.
The reason everything is taking so long as there is no finish date on anything. No time frames no plan B or C
Why GR might have a good eye for a deal what he la LSE is the ability to financially run a company or be trusted with funds of a company.
He might have all the right will in the world and see it as a fantastic opertunity but try picking the low lying fruit from the tree first, what can we do that’s achievable, what will reward us short to medium term. Long plays are fantastic but you need infrastructure behind you cash and a income.
