But what PIs are saying is it makes business sense to be operating RHA and earning the £6m profit they would then have some direction going forward and monthly revenue to cover the £5m costs of RHA, at this moment in time don't expect a JV on RHA or Zulu until ownership is signed off, so we now have both out assets tied up on the government deciding its going to follow up on its original letter.
Wonder at what Stop Loss our 51m share investor will jump out? In at just over 0.16p so already 8% down, this is the sort of repayment new and old investors get, for me it was a pay freeze (work for Zero) not a cut to 50% and take 50% in shares, they going to take the shares from the open market or the remaining head room? So we are still paying them the full amount as we as a company are either purchasing the shares or we are giving them the shares via further dilution and depending how low or how high it is at the time of purchase will depend how much the average PI get stung again!

A single JV for both RHA and Zulu would be a hell of a lot cleaner, having a JV partner for RHA and another for Zulu may well be very messy.
This seems the most viable way to do business.
BARA report will arrive Monday IMO and will need too otherwise we will have nothing to talk about come Wednesday as GR will say he can't discuss any joint venture going ones as its market sensitive.
Still unsure why we are JV RHA as the tailings was supposed to get RHA back in to production so why are we spending more cash on this asset in the mean time?
So RHA still needing further cash and until that cash is raised it wont be going into production. Not to sure why we cannt run the mine and use the profit to pay for the remedial costs at RHA and continue to own 90%
Problem with a double JV is that until the government sign off RHA ownership we are at a stalemate.
We where also looking at a JV for Zulu at £5.1m take it if they need to spend more money on RHA we wont be getting much more for the two as its getting not far off out current MC. A buy out for a JV would make more sense right now.
Unless something big lands next week to change my mind it looks like more JAM tomorrow

Godfrey Manhambara was welcomed to the board and brings with him extensive commercial experience and will be dealing with the ongoing negotiations with NIEEF and the Zimbabwean authorities, so I take it we have Godfrey working on a outcome to the 90% ownership daily/weekly.

Michael Forester appointed to the board 20 July 2018 some 3 and a bit months ago, he is expected to enhance the board oversight and direction.
Not the first time these two have teamed up (GR & MF), they have been members of several other boards together, lets hope the peering this time pays of better than the last encounters and they can finally delivery value for shareholders!

See good communication and sentiment and they have doubled their SP from 2p (20 April 2018) to 4p today and have been as high as 5.7p
So added £12m to there market cap in a matter of months or 100%
Maybe someone over there can give GR some advice? Or we could pay there CEO to deliver RHA if GR fails next week!

My attitude is to wards GR and the way he has ran this company over the last 4-5 years, the market doesn't trust him, the majority of PIs don't trust him but they hold on because they are
A) Underwater
B) Emotionally attached
C) Believe in the assets
D) Jointed a private group where they hoped for transparency and voice but half don't have the bottle to confront GR so swithering on what to do in the hope of good news or that bad news will make the penny drop for everyone and they actually do something about it rather than talking about it.
E) GR still holds 6.5% - surely financial suicide for him to fuuuk this up

After years of being lets down the only thing I don't believe in is GR and wont until he actually delivers SOMETHING, ANYTHING will do!
For me replace GR and the SP flies, PIs taking about factors tell me about the GR factor because in the markets eyes its certainly having a massive NEGATIVE effect on things here.

Shareholders have been behind the company from day one a lot of LTH here with large holdings, larger and more overexposed than they may want to be as they have averaged down constantly for the last 4 years only to be sat on a loss by placement after placement so please don't give me any of your BS.

What you post should have read is "it now time for the BOD to deliver, after all they are the ones on high wages and expenses getting paid to deliver", right? Long, long over due my friend!

You may well giggle at the 0.9 - 0.12 p if we see a further placing you do know the SP is 0.15 I said if it drifts due to no positive news or bad news the placing if required would be done at a discount so if it drifts to 0.12-0.13p what discount price do you think it will be at?
If you are looking at it as a realist rather than through rose tinted glasses you may well be giggling rather than crying cause the lower estimate could very well be a mid point.

This for me is George Roach and Cos last change to deliver, 4-5 years in the making lets hope they make a big bang for the buck they have been taking every month!

But the one factor in an calculation on AIM that you cannt change is sentiment and positiviat.

You can have the best assets in the world but if you don't have money to move them forward they are worthless, like a bleeding animal who is been hunted down the pack following behind, they will wait until its almost bleed out before jumping in.

The only way PREM will see any significant value added to any of its assets if it manages to get a killer BARA report out and get in to production ASAP with the 90% ownership signed off.
The market can then add a higher value to Zulu as we can afford to take it to DFS on our own we will be cash positive. (if a deal isn't already lined up but if production is close why would you?)

At the minute the Market values PREM as a lost cause, it has dwindling funds available and a loan of $330k to repay to GR in November.

If we don't get any positive news or RHA Production started this will drift and the next placing will be done at a discount and could be in the 0.09-0.12 range and will more than likely eat the majority of the remaining headroom on the share cap.

Hopefully it wont come to this GR and Co will deliver on the BARA report, RHA Production and possibly a JV for Zulu that he has "hinted" at or say we can fund our own DFS possibly fast track it will more drilling rigs on site,
Circum out of our control but frustrating as our MC would be almost double now if not higher with half the shares in issue if GR hadn't diluted us to buy them so lets hope it pulls off.

I am the last PI that will want to see this fail but my swaying into negativity somewhat helps deal with the anticipated let downs if history is anything to go by.

So will the release the BARA report be this Friday (22 days) or Monday (25 days) after this email, after all they are only finalising it so what’s the hold up?

Secondly GR has suggested that a lot of things are close, here’s one for you, December RNS all on track for production January now nearly in October I could go one with numerous ones of these.

I am sorry but GR has missed one to may deadlines and has failed to deliver on anything to date, if you can contradict this please do enlighten me.
Heard the saying once bitten twice shy, GR has bitten shareholders that many times they are checking they still have the arms left.

So I will now ask you a question. IF the 3 October arrives and he doesn’t deliver anything apart from jam tomorrow are you and the rest of the private group going to grow some balls and stand up to GR or are you going to keep paying him to deliver F all? Very simple question !

If he can't deliver a wedniar when he says he will how do you expect the market to think he will deliver RHA or Zulu ? All sentiment is lost and its all down to one man.

Say what you want but his BAD decisions have put us here, Zulu could be at DFS but he spunked the cash on Circum which he has no control over.

Look at the dilution to buy the Limestone and Forestry division, the only valuable part of this, the forestry division was sold off to a company GR owns a 60% interest in. still waiting for someone to tell me that he doesn't own a interest in this and that he sold what interest he has but as this is a private company good luck in finding this out. Who suffered the dilution the shareholders.
CASA shares why they have pulled back a bit still further dilution we didn't need and don't hold your breath that GR wont get these shares to cover his loan of 330k

So the 17% we gained yesterday has just been wiped out by GR this morning. The man needs to go!
