We now have our biggest asset less than 24hrs away from securing DD to take us to DFS on a 140-160Mt resource
SP as a minimum value should double the SP that 100% rise, if you factor in the value unlocked in securing DFS funding then multiples of that could be seen. When does the market start to factor in a potential $1billion resource?

But that doesn’t rake into account market valuation securing DFS cost on a resource of approx 140-160mT this deal is massive and could really multiply the MC and SP IMO
RHA Holding it’s own, production cash flow the BARA report and signed ownership agreement, already have a letter stating we own 90%

Circum wasn’t put up against the secured loan from GR mate, he put the CASA Gold shares up against it, he wouldn’t get all of them as they have risen substantially.
Thing to remember GR loans money from his trust where he also holds his shares, the trust will be legally accountable for the family’s well being and as such puts clauses of security into any loans.
For reference GR has previous secured loans against Circum and there hasn’t been any issues we still hold our full amount, if he was at it they would have been long gone. GLA

High average my self but back in the day we started buying at 0.8p all the way to 3.5p when you buy a million plus at that level the averaging down takes some doing.

IMO - RHA update was due Monday/Tuesday of this week along with the BARA report that was being worked prior to last Friday.
Zulu JV DD to be signed no later than the 14th so Friday.

Maybe GR has turned a corner he will release constant news flow next week RHA and Zulu and flush out the profit takers and turn this SP around.
Not looking ago we where at 1.1p with out RHA ownership, that has been agreed and we are awaiting official documentation and paperwork.
Zulu JV to DFS adding an extra £12m plus minimum to the MC instantly maybe double maybe treble that.

LTH and PIs have made it clear to GR he more than anyone will know if he doesn’t deliver his days are numbered. The private group has in excess off 10% so can call a GM and oust him, why talks have been ongoing and deals are getting made it did t seem right to upset the apple cart. This will be his last chance to get Things right gla

How nailed on is the deal?

If they where going to drop out why did they choose to extend the date to close out the deal till this Friday they could have dropped out weeks ago.
Secondly why the deal in total is a cost of £5.1m they don’t pay this in one it’s done in instalments based on milestones.
Secondly if for any reason KDNC don’t feel Zulu is worth the remaining instalments they have the option to withdraw at anytime so they aren’t tied in financially.
So why would t they dip their toe in if everything is as good as the current drill results suggest they are laughing all the way to the bank and if they feel for any reason they aren’t they just walk away, a bit like try before you buy and £5.1m for 30% of a potential 140-160Mt of Lithium and Tantalanim Project is a unreal deal imo
Plus they will know it’s only a matter of time before RHA is producing and able to cover these cost and the deal could be removed from the table and they would lose out completely

The verified group also in a very strong position proving holdings in excess of 10% update my holding this morning

2 days to go till the KDNC deal is signed sealed and delivered, update on RHA and BARA report getting worked on prior to last weekend so should see this late this week or early next, Circum listing update
