Long lad, I don’t think anyone will dispute what you say. The issue PIs here have is that for the last 5 years a production carrot has been dangled. When that wore thin, there was always the Zulu carrot or Circum carrot.
Zulu didn’t need to be a carrot, we could have been at DFS now if George Roach didn’t buy in to Circum. We should now be looking at a potential JV partner for Zulu production, as it stands we are scratching pennies looking for a JV for RHA and now Zulu following the resent DD falling through.
A CEO should have the best interests of the company and the shareholders in mind when making any desissions, rightly or wrongly (nearly all wrongly) GR has made those desissions.
He should be starting the wedinar by reassuring his listening PIs, explaining when and how he will rescuew the share price, after all he of the one who has drawn $300k wages and $400k expenses not including his pension plan and directors shares he has given his self.
PIs dont mind if he does take a big wage or expenses but they do when he if failing time and time again to deliver.
So RHA liquidation in 1-2 weeks we will see he could have done this already by now.
Hate the talk of JV partners for both assets as they will not buy in till we have 90% ownership so again delays waiting on a threat that wasn’t followed through, so at least another month if not two.
For anyone to sit and take insult after insult I’m not surprised he called an end to it, however these insults and the waves and waves of question where from PIs sat on a paper loss and George continues to tell them everything will be fine.
Their investment as it stands and my now -£63k paper loss investment certainly isn’t fine, he doesn’t loose out, his wages are the same wheather he delivers or not.
I am hoping my email which he replied to when I say shareholders have lost faith, the market has lost faith really makes him wake the Fuuuuk up.
Can you deliver RHA and turn a profit - Yes or No
Would you consider selling Circum shares to fund Zulu if Circum continue with radio silence - Yes or No
JV partner why dont they do Zulu and RHA separate so we can start on Zulu with our further delays will you ask the JV partner to consider this - Yes or No
Come on George it’s not hard.
Plan A if for any reason that doesn’t work we have B, C and D forward thinking, timelines and a plan with milestones
