Nope but want to share an opinion of the private group member (private group 2) listen up Noel’s group this guy speaks some sense. There is no way unless ******ed your group members still support GR! GR needs to take the bull by the horns now and go to court. If he can't do this then I vote for a vote of no confidence in this idle man. I would also move to get Brendan removed from any role within Prem, in fact, I would want the whole board gone as they have not lifted a finger in 3 yrs and a lot of lies have been told. Too much dilution and not enough work ethic. For a grand a day he hasn't put any money into PREM, he is always moving the goalposts to suit himself. CIRCUM shares should be ringfenced and not put into any company that is based in ZIM but rather in LDN, with the fat fingered man unable to touch them

You say “we” deserve to lose our money “we” have no choice as the majority of “we” are in Noel’s private group and all sat clapping and singing songs of praise about GR and what a fantastic job he is doing.
There is a few that want to do something but we don’t have the numbers, the others ie Noel’s group are to stubborn to say they where wrong let’s do something about it, instead they will sit waiting for jam tomorrow on false promises and when 5h!t hits the fan will be gob smacked as they “didn’t see it coming” who’s to say these figure spouting all the glory arent in with GR and Co after all this is the AIM casino and everyone knows you cannt beat the house, we all just hope for one big win and hope we have the strength it takes not to be greedy and walk away!

Can’t see him diluting at these levels however I can see him selling the ACRM shares as he will have no other option either that or he will loan PREM £300-500k at 10% then get a conversion at these low levels and eat into the head room which is a sneaky way of him buying large amounts of cheap shares, won’t be far of being able to double up his holding as a reward prior to Circum shares hold nearly 15% then take 15% of Circum Special Dividend which will see him in a profit and have a 15% holding on a free ride.

Didn’t he do that with his last company then started PREM who bought RHA didn’t the shareholders of that company get shafted? Guess who was on the BOD then as well you guessed it GR and his good old friend Michael Forester raises this before and got told everything was above board looks like it could be about to happen again IMHO

And the chances to getting a reply haha He actually thinks the odd RNS will have a positive effect and when asked why the SP is on its ar5e he will say he “just doesn’t understand it, and believes the SP should be multiples of the current SP” Needs to realise the market doesn’t trust him and he is loosing the trust of his PIs as each day passes with out news. The “GROUP” Noel should have take action months ago, they must be kicking themselves they had a firm hold on the future of PREM but that has turned to sand and currently running through their fingers. Dont worry though they will tell you everything is perfect and GR and Co are doing a fantastic job. Just a heads up guys our current MC is less than 1/2 that spent on RHA. All our hopes are “chances” created by a chancer who hasn’t delivered “ANYTHING YET “ ! Go figure what the future holds with him with his fingers still in the pie!

Cannt see much wrong with it apart from requiring sign off a JV deal or setting up newco and or cash to get operational SP not effected, market has no confidence I am afraid, looks like LTH and PIs remain looked in until GR sorts his 5h!t out only thing slightly encouraging was his conversion at 0.16

So we are going to buy out the drilling contractors to reduce costs but then offer them a bonus for hitting targets which means if they hit the bonus targets it would have cost us more than what it would have if we where just to pay them on a meter basis, after all the bonus for them is drilling as much as possible a quick as possible as they are on price work.
Bonuses after all do amount to the original cost of drilling, has this additional cost been calculated into RHA profits calculations posted on this B.B. ???

This is clearly a major problem and not helping the average PI looking to invest or PI invested not part of Noel’s group.
Members of the group are given information and a clear heads up of what is going on and what the current situation is, as this isn’t shared by the company on a open forum or their website this could be seen as market sensitive.
It also draws up another issue of false statement miss interpretation (Chinese whispers) the company should be disclosing all matters raised to all PIs this should be done by a page on their website. Would stop a lot of the BS and fake emails posted on here and twitter.
So one has to ask is Noel’s group having a positive effect feeding back to a small minority’s which locks others out to these so called daily contact and communications which in turn allow for traders to feed with fake emails and made up BS which IMO won’t stop until the company publicly discloses the answers to question put to them from the private groups.
Why I see the importance of the group to have numbers in the tine of need, this group is keeping information private to the group which I believe is having a negative impact on the SP and creating a feeding and hunting ground for traders hence the yo-yo effect we are seeing in the SP
The company should there for be instructed by the private group to post all corispondence on a news feed page if they are wanting to come to gether as one for the good of the company, we could then direct PIs unsure to this page where they can read information straight from the horses mouth rather than second hand or polished for traders advantages.
Just my opinion but for me this ring fence your group is creating is doing more damage than good in the current climate, insure one or two won’t agree buy heyho...........

Maybe GR should be picking up all these losses, deduct them from his wages he will owe the company absolute joke if true!

Ramping hmmmm stating point raised in emails and information from GR, look at my post from yesterday where I say fell for his BS (again) and its all smoke screens to buy more time, as I now believe the newco is also a smoke screen to buy more time, it wont get approved but by then GR will be hoping and praying for a IPO on Circum.

Dropped him a email saying last RHA RNS stayed 48hrs this is massively late and another deadline missing which doesn’t fill PIs with much confidence, I asked if he would update the market either way, we shall see if he will reply!
