£25m spent on RHA if government is stumping up the required £2.5m that is 10% I would therefore hope that we would be getting the additional percentage to make it a 90/10% split.
Otherwise why bother better to liquidate and raise the £2.5m ourselves may also have something to do with approx 250-300 being out of work no income from the government percentage share and I’m guessing there is a export tax the government will also make on, so for a small outlay they can see locals employeed and revenue which I turn could find and kickstart other assets that they will also make some kinda money off

Someone will correct me if I am wrong but you said worth several pence if we aren't diluted to oblivion.

I thought the plan was to ring fence Circum shares and current shareholders would get a stake in Newco and Circum shares assed on those shares currently help in nominee accounts or trusts.
This being the case we shouldn't see any further dilution from the point of Newco as the Circum shares are ring fenced, However what it will do is reward current holding shareholders as Newco PI will not get a share of Circum.
So basically to secure a short term minimum value of 0.3p to a potential 7p per share you need to be invested NOW prior to Newco.
Not selling anyway but good enough reason to hold if your in to minds or invest now if your unsure ..................... Circum will be worth minimum of 2.5-3 bag short term of current MC, for me this is a fantastic safety net.

"Code 1 for placing" GR will not want to use all the head room at this level and do a placing, a few seem to forget that he has a rather large holding, carrying out a placing below these levels doesn't make financial sense to him or his trust.
Should we need funds between now and government funding IMO we will see another loan from GR probably in the £300-500k range again with a 10% charge.

Following last weeks emails in regards to the poster giving information about Circum I hope we see some kinda of feed back from GR either the poster of FS or a statement to confirm the fa t that there is delays.

To be honest I don’t see how any of them can think they deserve to get paid anything g at them minute, they have failed to deliver on anything to date which is upsetting to say the least.
There is no accountability, no plan and no set target milestones, basically making it up as the go along.

Unfortunately randomaxe things will only continue to slowly drop, unless GR can turn it around but with no positive news flow it’s hard to see when that will be.......... further dilution or selling off assets imo will only have a negative effect on the SP

Negativity - PIs new and old and disgruntled shareholders banging on everyday because of the lack of news and progress, this is a company stemmed issue because we are all like mushrooms kept in the dark so YES disgruntled or would you rather say we are a happy bunch of shareholders your doing a fantastic job?

Unfortunately why we await news with the SP where it is speculation and rumours seem to be rife, the LSE BB is a wash with negativity and speculation.
As a long term shareholder I can only hope we see the true value of our assets in the near future.

Strange how your shareholder “informant” is privy to information not yet released to other shareholders, GR clearly doesn’t know anything about the information in your post and mentions he is speaking with Circum to go d out of this information is true or false GLA

Just asked GR to confirm this information as true or false, if it is true explain why this hasn’t been shared with shareholders and secondly when it will be RNSed I will update when and if I get a reply

MC now only reflects the minimum price which we paid for Circum shares. Nothing else priced in

Why GR tells PIs what’s going on without informing the market. Creates speculation and hype, problem is this “hype” does F all for the SP and when the apparent or so called news doesn’t materialise down we go.
To be fair it’s p!55 poor management skills to be telling inderviduals or private groups what’s going on behind the scenes.
So we have a few senarios those PIs privy to the news invest more on GR speculation and become further locked in, they also get excited tell every man and there dog on a BB and it crushes sentiment and all trust in the company when it fails to materialise.
Just looks like Mr Roach is prolific liar who is stringing PIs along why he eagerly awaits Circum landing (3/4 years so far)
So 18th December has been branded around and pimped up as another day not to forget and mark in your calendar, let’s see what the rest of this week looks like with out positive news my guessing is red and further losses and suffering!

£8m to either buy the drilling company (which will avoid further dilution) or pay for the DFS at Zulu and cash for RHA
£5m retained in the bank for a rainy day
£12-22m special divined for the long suffering shareholders as a bonus for hoping

Then on the other hand im hoping and praying this all doesn't disappear into fresh air and we all end up with nothing, AIM - its what dreams are made of ........................................ or what nightmares are forged from !
