What do we need a placing for?

There is clearly speculation from both sides, more dilution where is the cash coming from.

Possibly no more dilution today’s RNSs follow Circum update on Twitter could the cash becoming from there, this would explain why no Newco as the Circum shares wouldnt then be ring fenced.

So as there is no mention of dilution, no level of dilution, no increase via EGM how could we possibly rule out Circum, why else would they post stuff on Twitter last week after months of radio silence?

Not a ramp or a negative it’s an undecided as there isn’t enough information for me to call this gla maybe the next RNS will make things clearer, further dilution or increasing the shares in issue will be via a EGM I will sell out then but back in if this is the case.......... could have made a fortune if I had done it over the last few years each time it’s happened but heyho

RNS notification this morning but the RNS is blank (Monday 11.02.19 @ 07:06 hrs)

Newco cannt happen until we get the sign off, in order to create a Newco based on assets you need to be able to say to the market we own 49% or 90%, a letter of intent saying you will own 90% when listing a Newco to raise capital just wont cut the mustard. The other issue is PREM or the Newco don't want to invest or raise any more capital to plow into the RHA until they know where they stand with the Zim government.
The delay with everything including the locals getting back into work at RHA is all in the hands of the Government

Quick to reply to confirm everything was good to go with Zulu, still no mention of RHA or Circum but highly market sensitive information and market seems to be liking something gla

No news is good news I guess, means something is going on, as if it was something bad we would know by now gla

No I didn’t and that message was sent this morning, the only reply I got was from the second email and that was within 5 minutes. Strange as you would have through he would have replied to the first email first!

The objection is frivolous and it is the objection that is NOT in the national interest. Plus EPO applications do NOT impinge on claims rights, which we have at Zulu.

Lets stop guessing, I have asked the question and will update if i get an answer, surely information market sensitive like this if true should come from the company, if it isn't the BOD are not acting in the interests of its shareholders and withholding market sensitive information.
Its bad enough dangling carrots to keep everyone stringing along, its another to withhold information that would allow the PI to decide whether or not to hold or sell....................... Saying no more as I can feel my self getting angry!

I am wondering if you have seen the below article posted in Bulawayo 24 News, this reads as if Chintendo is stopping development at Zulu as it’s not in the national interest.

Are you privy to such information and can you provide and update. As you can imagine shareholders are growing ever concerned. RHA is close to production but we have no cash to get into production, nor do we have the 90% sign off to progress Newco, this article now suggests that development could be stopped at Zulu. Then there is Circum Minerals which has offered nothing in the way of an update as to what is happening.

Is it possible for you to address the market on what is happening as a matter of urgency, I am growing very concerned that the company and its directors are not passing on market sensitive information, yet it filters through from local news sources.

If the article is true are you aware of it?

If you are aware that there is a potential that development will be stopped at Zulu our richest assets WHY hasn’t the BOD informed the stock market?

Had a few replies and posted them so hopefully today is t any different, last time we spoke he said he was away to speak with Circum so have asked for an update, also asked if there is anything to update on RHA either sign off or Funding into production from government.
Also asked that he updates on monthly burn through and cash in the bank which eluded to how long we have before we need to raise capital, I then asked if capital would be in the way of a loan or it would come from the sale of ARCM shares.
We will see

So before anyone goes bankrupt you need to have no money why we may not have cash in the bank we have assets that can be sold. Plant and equipment can be sold £300k in gold shares, limestone division.

Then once everything is sold and there is no cash left or assets bankruptcy happens so let’s not get to excited a long way to go yet !

Up 11.76% - No the spread is just 36%

Pointed this out a few times MM playing games might sink in for a few shortly !

MM see playing with the spread 22% earlier now 12.5% same as yesterday 22% to equal the spread on Friday which showed a rise then dropped it to 11% then back to 22% to close even.
Allows them to trick PIs into buying or selling into a fake market why we await news........ if we actually look at buys and sells everything is the same the last few trading days it’s just red or blue depending on what the MM want to do with the spread, could call it market manipulation.
