In regards to getting RHA operational chippyjo I dont believe we are in a position to fund RHA in to production our selves (even through selling assets) and the SP is to low to raise funds with out massive, massive dilution.
It could also have a negative and effect the $6m coming in from Zimbabwe government IMO we need something to raise the SP to make the KME deal go ahead IMO selling ARCM and getting the ball moving at Zulu will do this.

Unfortunately our leader has painted us into a corner through bad decisions, wasted money on ARCM wasted money on TCT, spunked money on additional Circum (which he has no control over) we could have already been at DFS and had RHA profitable.

Why it may not help much as you put it, it will get drilling going and results coming in, which will reduce the amount required to achieve DFS.
It should also strengthen the share price which is the hope here, as this in turn will make the 400m + shares raised at 0.014p viable as at the moment KME will not want to take them on at a loss and my understanding as to why the deal has gone sour.
Sometimes we need to do things in business to make a start in order to create trigger points and motivation to move forward.
This bridges the gap and means "something" is getting done rather than nothing why we await the $6m or something from Circum.
FACT is IF we wait and the $6m is delayed and Circum news doesn't arrive the 400+m shares will be sold at a discount for working capital COSTING us the PIs again!

To be fair mate he is trying, more than can be said for many on here.

Why be so negative? if you hold and if your not happy what is wrong with someone trying to gain some ground and trying to figure out why we have seen no income yet the company has diluted over 1100%

Napom group didnt achieve anything because they had no willingness to pressure GR they are 5h!t scared of him pushing back, we now have open discussions (not a closed private group) so if you want your input have it but your negative post come across dickish when someone is trying to help your investment!

Sell ARCM share and start drilling with KME at Zulu, this should raise up the share price, this maybe the trigger point for the shares raised at 0.014p be feasible to give to KME for the down payment and if they so wish they would have the option to sell. KME probably dont want share at an SP of 0.014p if the current SP is 0.085p (and who in the right mind would) Strange how the deal was agreed and then it wasn't agreed by both parties likely was the slump in SP following the placing.
Should the shares raised 400m + for KME deal not be used in the next month or so these should be cancelled IMO this will stop any squandering

Working capital?

What about the raise previous to this for working capital. Absolute joke of a BOD what they should have said is your cash will be used to pay our ridiculously high wages and expenses.

By the way working capital should be at a minimum, as we aint doing anything at RHA and the drills aint turning at Zulu. I remember the funds to drill Zulu what was that $1.1m (might have been less) , but the point I am making is that didnt happen either the money was just squandered. You cant seriously say your raising for purchases or drilling, those deals dont go through and then say by the way we have used the money on working capital when they have the BOD and a substantially reduced workforce workforce after laying everyone off.

Be interesting to see what the accounts show this year, this should also be part of the questions, there is no reason why these should be delayed and we get suspended as the BOD has had plenty of time to get their 5h!t together and even brought Michael Forester onboard as an extra set of hands.

For me sell the ARCM shares, start drilling and give these guys something tho do for their wages, its like they dont like work!

One word Smile - Greed, GR has a big holding his has a image of Circum being huge and owning 5% and in turn returning millions and millions to his family trust.
He seem to look at what could be in turns of the future not what he can creat. Zulu is in his hands but he is blinked by dreaming of millions from Circum.
If he hadn’t of chased the Circum pipe dream we would be at DFS stage at Zulu and possibly have a JV partner without seeing the hideous amount of dilution, which to date has achieved nothing, only paid bills and wages!
GR might be good a spotting a good deal but he needs to turn his priority purchases into revenue (RHA/Zulu) before investing or buying any others. TCT, CASA etc PIs cash up on smoke SP diluted SP on its arse money that could have been well spent on those two assets.
Still we don’t know what is happening with the limestone asset all we know is GR owns the game lodge and reserve that was part of it!
GR may well be annoyed with the Zimbabwe Government but to be frank he has had enough cash through his fingers to develop our assets but chose to spunk it on others now we are in a situation where we rely on the government pulling us out of the 5h!t. All this pain is self inflicted and in the hands of one man GR.
I’m frustrated with his 5h!t choices and management, so are many others but heyho he didn’t listen to shareholders he has went against our wishes on more than once occasion and it hasn’t paid off for him.
Back to basics George, you need to get a income and revenues from your current two assets before having anymore wold dreams and get rich quick ideas!

Makes you wonder if members in charge of the private group are actually associated with the company, keep the masses where they want them, dont need to prove their holdings and take no actions and fill them full of jam.

Now questioning you for rallying to get answers and a better investment return, makes you wonder why anyone would be opposed to that unless they had a very strong agenda here and it was in there interests to do so! AIMO of course!

Why people might complain about the number of posts from Smile, one has to congratulate him for the ground he has made and the comms he has delivered from the BOD.

Lets be fair, how long has NaPom and his private members group been trying for, if they have received information that information has been the privilege of being in a group that will only accept you if you agree and accept their views and why so many left.
These views and blinkered blindness IMO was the reason why we dont have answers and why GR continues to rip the p!55.
With the amount of holders and share percentage combined their group could and should have done a hell of a lot more to put a stop to the falling SP and GR running of the company into the ground.
Hopefully now Smile and his emails seem to making progress and getting answers those shareholders in the private group will get behind Smile and support him and us if there holdings are required to take action, as nothing they have agreed to so far under the private group has achieved sweat FA
No one can be happy if they hold here, especially long term holders, time for change and time to flex the muscles, why GR said he hasn't taken a full wage this wont be confirmed until accounts are published, until that time going off his previous $300k salary plus ridiculous expenses we have so far since Christmas paid him $150k nearly to deliver nothing at all..................................... Having lost close to £70k that would be 70 £1k spins odds would suggest you would hit that one same number twice as a minimum 35/1 and return you your stake, if you hit it early enough you could well be in a profit or playing in the green.

Hope so as they the BOD have done sweet F all, no progress at RHA no progress at Zulu and cannt even give an update on Circum so since they cannt do anything but wait until the 6m drops from Zimbabwe Government I suggest they focus on the accounts as failure to submit 3 years on the bounce just isnt acceptable imo

Like it or not the happy clapping blowing smoke up GR ar$3 club have let him shaft yet again. Approaching 6 months from Christmas nothing happened at Zulu no further forward at RHA the only thing we have seen is further dilution to pay wages, these guys are monkeys and should be getting paid peanuts instead they are bleeding PIs and the bank dry!

Is it possible KME have forward sold the 400m + shares?
For a few weeks we seen large sells going through.

Now weeks on we are told PREM STILL hold these shares, could it be KME have sold these shares below market value to get cash and now want a better deal but Gr is playing hard ball again ?

Easy to bash at the minute as most have been here 7 years + no return on our investments and seen +1100% dilution if and wh RHA brings in a profit the bashing will inevitably stop, worry for holders that’s it will be rinse and repeat with Zulu as well as the management have no milestones, targets or forecasted date to work towards or too. Again we seen another poor RNS which again leaves us open to scrutiny as nothing is ever straight forward or simple. Checking in as I am away in the sun SP back down over the last week or so wiping out any gains as PIs are again left second guessing when, what, how and why. Away back to my sunbed & cocktails !
