Well, I would like to assume that is the signature had been approved, leak or no leak it would still happen.
Agreement is not made by one individual, it would be a board approval, therefore I see no reason why if this leak is true it wouldn't happen, even with a board change or individuals being changed out as it will have already have been agreed.
Should this be the case they would need to review all agreed sign offs and issued funding previously completed by these board members .................................

Hopefully mate, there are a lot on here that have stuck with it, would be nice to get a beer, would be even nicer to get GR over to the UK and get him to put a few drinks on the PREM tab for all the LTH that have supported him over the last 7/8 years. Crack a few light hearted jokes about his choice of vocabulary one of which that sticks is "George Imminent News Roach", who would have thought the time scale on imminent would be years, my dictionary would define it as hrs or days lol
Heyho we are where we are, somethings in life we cant control and to be fair we dont know what was said to GR or how he interpreted it he can only transfer what he is told, he isnt in control of when it happens, must be a frustrating position. Anyway freezing cold this morning in Northern Iraq (3hrs ahead of the uk) but the sun is rising and so is the temperature. I used to post a lot on here, I have taken a step back as I have realised that no mater what I post or what I say things will not happen any quicker.
There are many things in life that your actions can help change the course or path of, unfortunately investing in a stock and talking about the fundamentals doesn’t allow it to reward you and quicker.
I think you will be the first to agree with me that as a LTH this share has brought out the worst in people, this board has been a wash with absolute drivel and a lot of it is because of anger and the feeling of been miss lead, due to an array of different reasons - false hopes of rampy posts, miss interpretation of RNS, the company not delivering or making the wrong decisions etc. One thing that I have realised with this investment is you need to hold and switch off.
There are many a keyboard warrior that have nothing better to do than irritate the life out of you if the get a bite or think they can touch a nerve.
A lot of the posting on here from time to time represents nothing more than playground spat, by immature individuals (by the way please don’t for one minute think this post is directed at you). I actually like your attentive attitude to a scenario as you bring a balanced level playing field to your posting.
One thing that is for sure is everyone has their own opinion and there will always be someone that agrees or disagrees with you, such as life, what a boating world we would live in if that wasn’t the case. If you could call the number right every time on roulette we wouldn’t have Casinos.
I want more than anyone for this to come good, from my current position breaking even would make me happy.
However guys there is more to life than arguing and squabbling over an AIM share.
Spend as much time with your family as you do here and get enjoyment out of something you love, your family!

I have talked about positive informative post as long as I have been here (over 7 years) fundamentals not changed but very close or a lot lot closer than 7 years ago.
Why someone would get defensive when I call out people coming on here and BS to get a lower entry is beyond me.
People may well ramp but that’s your interpretation and opinion. My opinion is that certain posters with little or know history posting negatively to get a lower entry point is completely different from stating facts and in a lot of cases proven facts!

Some things ever change on the other hand somethings do..............

The potential of PREMs world class assets and positive post created on the back of good research and long hard hours spent by some LTH divulging everything the have learnt and know from RNSs, the internet, the drill results, the grades and experience in the mining sector.
The other is the traders who show up and spout absolute BS to try and drive the SP down when news is close to increase their gains.
The big thing that has change for me however is 7 years has passed and are on the cusp of something special .................... that long road has become a small path we are close to the end and finally some special, positive, life changing news and events in this company's history are about to become a reality - GLA

Spread was reported at 8% and we where 1.25% up

Now the spread has tightened and closed to 4% (lowest I have seen in a long time) now sat 0%

Mining conference coming in Zimbabwe so expect miners to be reporting positives as the government will be wanting to send out messages that Zimbabwe is open for business cant see a newspaper article calling for a change out as a delay. to proceedings. IMHO

When I bought in 7 years ago we had a long, long way to go on RHA, No plant, no equipment, underground de-watering required etc . No drilling completed at Zulu and 2 m Circum Shares.
We are now 98% completed at RHA, away to be running on Electricity which reduces the running costs dramatically and we have a excellent understanding of Zulu the in ground grades and a possible licence area extension due any day. We now own 5m shares in Circum, yet the market cap sits at less that half what it reached when this touched 3.5p PPS (£35m MC)
Just shows you what positivity, sentiment and PI buying pressure can so to the SP and a companies MC.
With an excess of $25m spent to date on RHA, The price and cost of drilling at Zulu, 5m shares with a minimum value $7.5m ($1.5 each, that figure could well be multiples when Circum EPO happens) its hard to fathom how we are still sat at a MC of £15m. We dont have dept and we have loans owed to us.................................... All positioning us for the perfect storm, hopefully things are brewing. I hoping to hear the crack of thunder before finally seeing the lightning GLA

I have been here for what seems like a life time, 7 years and have watched this go from 0.6p to 3.5p and down to these crazy lows, buying on the way up and the way down.
Buying on the strength of the information provided in RNS and the fundamentals after DMOR (and stupidly listening to others), as have a large number of LTH who collectively own billions of shares some 100s of millions on their own.
What I will say is that im sure GR has wanted this to work from day one, take away his salary, take away the loans i which he has made 10% on (these have come from his trust and cheaper than bank loans) but he has invested considerably and at one point held over a quarter of all shares in issue, why the share has diluted the LTH it also diluted GR, it doesn't make business sense to do this unless you need too.
If you have read the RNS and you have listened to the podcasts and the shareholder meetings you will know that Zim and the government has been challenging.
The government now look for outside development to grow their economy and prem is well positioned with the government to finally get sign off and the ball moving and could well be the company that is an example of investment to the rest of the world, just in tie for the up and coming mining conference. Everything takes time, the best part is this time has already been and gone and we are now starting to appear from a long and dark tunnel. Hopefully this week or next we can start looking at some beautiful blue sky and with it substantial SP rises.
So its not a case of licking you finger and sticking it in the air, its a case of being positioned and ready for when things move. Those that know about the Swiss cheese effect, know for there to be an accident all the holes need to line up, the same can be said for PREM, we are on the verge of all of our ducks lining up and everything finally clicking IMO
Im not giving time scales, Im not giving SP predictions, I have listened to others before and been sucked in and probably with excitement ramped in the past.
What I will say is that this is your investment DYOR, give yourself a SP target and play your own game, not going to lie will be nice to hit a penny and finally start seeing some green in my account.
Im hugely under water but only a paper loss at the minute ...................... I know the risks but I also know the potential should everything click here.

My in vestment in here is £87,000 my first big 1m buy was at close to £35k been averaging down but you need to draw the line somewhere. In fact every time I have added the SP has tanked so not buying anymore will sit and hold

We had a MC of £34m once upon a time with no plant or equipment or work done at RHA no drilling at Zulu only 2m shares in Circum.
We now have RHA 98% complete - $25m + spent
Zulu drilling ongoing, extension of asset possible
Extra 3m shares in Circum taking us to just over 5m
Loans owed back to us
And what ever other little bits I have missed that have feel quiet that I haven’t mentioned

Another 1p to go to break even ..................................... I need Mr Roach to do a share buy back with a Circum windfall why the SP is on its ar$3.
Only dropping in every now and then, to low to sell, sat at to much of a loss and to painful to watch and listen to the drivel on a daily basis.
Every-time I have purchased more this has dropped, on a negative for each and every purchase so will will be switching off and tuning in when I get my RNS notifications.
Problem is the RNS havent changed same **** just worded differently.
I have seen several RNS for funds to cover us till we are operational, I have seen several RNS raising cash for Plant & Equipment to get the mine running.
I have seen several emails about the government giving us cash.................................
What I am yet to see after millions of pounds and raises for wages, plant and equipment is one telling us we are operational and turning a profit. I am now waiting on the one that says the government is funding us, cannt see why we are doing more raises for wages surely the government should be picking this up ?
