#PREM PIs I know have locked the shares they own with high sell limits to prevent brokers from borrowing them. Would be good if all PIs did this. TR1 holder continuing to add imo & with anticipated news yet to be RNSd, I can only see upside from here. Roll on Monday & next week

PIs hold almost 50% of total shares, GR & associates hold about 10%, when Stephen Dattels converts $300k loan will own 3 to 4%, imo MNH still holding half of allocated shares so not many shares left in #PREM. GR will not raise anymore as RNSd.

To be fair anyone making a financial decision based on what you read on LSE BB or twitter want their heads looking at.
Insider information or not, what these guys dont know is exactly when the pen will be put to paper, all they may have been told or taken an educated guess at is that its a was to happen soon.
Really the only person that knows exactly is the guy signing.
However if we look at recent government funding announcements and social media coverage of the mining sector and notifications that EPO will be signed off, one can make a conservative estimate.
I would have hoped the EPO sign off would be this week but you never know. The extension of area at Zulu is unbelievable, if there is funding in place by the government to fund this or GR has something lined up this share will explode.
Why your are all focusing on Zulu we have RHA that will soon be powered up, my prediction is 17 days from now (max). This is ready to turn a profit and 99% completed with all plant and equipment in place. We were stockpiling as well so plenty to go at to increase recovery rates.
Then the other firework waiting to go off is Circum, Dattels is in the background so got to ask yourself why, could he fund Zulu and be the new JVP...................................
Its all guesstimates and estimates but what ever is coming is very, very close IMO, why else would we now have 6 MM controlling this stock previously 3/4 - GLA

A few probably jumped out, great tactics to publish a RNS on a board we’re shareholders are waiting on news. Few rainbow chasers wanting quick cash get out and try and get back in before this afternoon’s announcements. IMO it looks like a Pump & Dump over there, the time they sold here and bought there it was already up 15-17.5% so they will be lucky to get out even with trade costs and if a big sell off happens when those handing out the invites take their 20% they could well be looking at losses.

We have a number of positives from full and maintained supply of electricity-
The current supplier is struggling to get paid we will be getting electricity as we are cash generative and paying the bills.
Further more we are part government owned, meaning there is ever change that we will be given priority.
On the back of this the government wants cash from its assets its not going to get that if the supply’s keep dropping off.

We are fitting equipment that will see us able to run on electricity we are expecting news on this soon. If they have put in the founds and pre-casts and done the backfill they are putting a security fence round the areas for two reasons.
1) Additional Security for the equipment
2) To keep people out, what they dont want is a fatality because someone wants to be inquisitive
For me its a clear sign things are progressing and on track, as I said the other day expect electricity IMO in the next 14-19 days.
For all the haters our there this will also dramatically reduce recovery costs and make RHA more profitable.
GR used to issue RNS with dates in, then he would get scrutinized for being late, so now he doesnt give dates he gets scrutinized for not letting the market know whats going on - laughable.

How long g does a house sale take in the UK from viewing and accepting to moving in all signed sealed and delivered.
If someone questions something or want additional things added it takes a lot longer.
