Knowing that Circum will return a minimum of 200% dividend he will be up 100% and have his original investment back plus some, and a free ride on his growing holding.

WHY?

Churn through sharers, one the shares arent even available to the market as they are sold via PB, so cannt be forward sold.
PB was over subscribed and many unable to buy which suggests a large buyer in the background.
MM dropped the SP below the 0.1p PB to scare PI into selling so they will be accumulating to sell to the PI that couldnt buy cheap share directly.
IMO False drop, SP was dropped on opening by MM not on sells, actual dilution is 2.5% not 25% drop that we are seeing the share where discounted at 20% so shouldn't effect the SP like it is, MM causing and controlling the SP IMO this will finish blue........................ GLA
Do the maths current SP doesnt add up !

Plus if this is to let some one in on the cheap being under the 3% threshold we will not see a TR-1

Wasn't impressed with initial placing but now I have digested it, seem to get the impression there is more to the placing.
We didn't need cash funds for working capital so what could it be?
There is every chance there is a merger or RTO away to happen, GR is clearing the decks of head room, why I lot jumped to the conclusion that we would see 500m shares which is approx 6% dilution at a 20% discount. We surely can only see 2-3% placing as we still have share in the head room to cover Dattels loan.
Initial market reaction could be a drop with a bounce as PI pick up further cheap shares and average down.
Not going to speculate to much but the placing as always will be oversubscribed and the average PI couldn't buy in until the last 90 mins, this in mind I have a sneaky feeling we will receive a TR-1 telling us the full allocation is in 1 persons hands.
Lets not speculated see what happens in the next one or two RNSs

Whatsitworth - I can see you point of argument about the time to sign off the EPO and its valid.

However if you and any-other "nervous" investors must take into account the Zulu EPO isn't a one off its a number of licences awaiting sign off so its a matter of waiting i am afraid. A number to date have been signed off but it is a process. The government has officially announced Zulu EPO is granted its just a case of dotting the i and crossing the t. GR and Co away to meeting tomorrow so expecting a update JV partner and cash already lined up..........................

Expecting a few more MM holding it in this range for a reason also a few of them are happy to sell and 3/4 look to be accumulating! Why?
