Next placement?

You know in order to do a placement GR would need to call a EGM and ask Shareholder to increase the head room.
Currently loan has been extended, the extension was to a minimum and could have been longer so GR must be confident of revenue, further more RHA is now powered up and we are away to start production and have tailing and Ore previously stockpiled . Plant and equipment is in from MND so really we have dramatically reduced cost and should see a revenue stream shortly. 5t load is away to get tests run so we are moving forward weather you like it or not.
Zulu EPO well if the leaks are true and you believe what you read on Twitter the ink is drying and will be published soon. The likely hood is also that MND will want to help out and will want to assist with getting Zulu mapped out it will be in their "interest" to do so. As I am expecting and exchange of MND shares for a slice of Zulu and they will progress Zulu but will need this confirming once EPO lands. When the EPO is issued for Zulu this SP should explode, we have lithium and we have gold & Tantalanium and one of the worlds largest assets with the potential to be the biggest producer of lithium in the world.
Circum is out of our hands but rumors are they are looking to sell or float either way we will have cash to hand soon enough ............... anyway just keep quietly topping up at these levels and still accumulating, you will all see soon enough for yourselves, good luck all looks like i am not alone with the top ups, some nice buys today clearing out the sellers at this level is a very good thing gives more room to gap up. The release of funds from NEIFF isnt in PREMs control ACKER, we need to move forward not backwards or sidewards, we are making positive steps in the right direction. Surely this is a positive, the money that is owed by NEIFF doesnt go away nor does the loan account.
I can also imagine due to the revoking if licences for not progressing assets. PREM wants to be progressing and seen to be doing all they can do, its not good business sense to to sit back and wait .................

But the MC wasn't reflected by the value of its assets, it was based on the company potentially getting suspended and de-listed, if found guilty possibly bust completely. Therefor the share before de-listing as you rightly pointed out had very little monetary value. (2 million MC)
However looking at the historical charts prior to the court hearing you will notice or if you held at the time remember this share being into the high pennies and this is what a few are hoping of a return to in this instance the 5pps is possible but as you rightly point out not guaranteed.
Anyway only time will tell and everyone had written this share off so anything back in the bank will be better than nothing!

Cash generative, everything paid for and only a small loan as dept, reduced cost further making RHA more profitable the market must respond to this news, IMO the re-rate is on, PREM still owed money from set up cost at RHA so until fully paid back we will be receiving 100% of profits.

You seem very sure about not getting 1:1 however existing PI were offered the shares at this price to raise a placing to relist, with this i mind how can you do a placing solely based on your share total and at a price that would be differ from a transfer of stock by name but reduce the ration from say 1:1 to 10:1 (for example). Plus the 5pps was given for the value on the assets do you recall the highs of this share prior to the scandal that led to the de-listing and with it the drop of SP?

Hopefully I bought as a gamble before the desisting so that is a big jump for me 0.2 to 5p x25 bagger

Just as well we will be receiving it at 17:1 current standing on the exchange, as NEIFF are not repaying a dept, they are paying for their share of the costs to get the mine operational as they own a 50/50 share, so this will be classed or should be classes as operational or set up costs.

Gooze currently holds just over 800m last RNS 7% each 1% rise will be TR-1 that will increase to 10% collective shareholder currently hold 30% and that’s only a collective 50-60PIs that will increase to a minimum off 33-35% in the new year.
So why some aren’t boasting about buying the busy are happening.
The SP is below 0.1 as you know due to the last raise of funds, remaining shares cover SD loan so GR will need to approach shareholders to co duct any further placing with adds a degree of a safety net.
Plus a lot of PIs like there finds to hand over the festive period ......... markets are usually quiet this time of year .
