GR has acquired 10% holding in the company rather than receiving the payback of the loan back plus 10% per year interest.
So as well as owning 10% we will also receive annually 10% of the profits - so we have a asset holding monthly income

New PI and those looking to invest please note that our friend Alchemyex currently doesn't hold any PREM shares he sold his holding at 0.34p taking a £52k loss, now he want to de-ramp the share, as he doesn't want anyone else to profit.
