Why you may fell that people sitting on 10 of £1000 in some case 100 of £1000 losses in this share is acceptable some dont. If they use capitals it no aggression is expression of opinion.

Why is it ok to round up shareholders in a group and say you will fight for their investments and do nothing and continue to this day to feed them BS.

Kicked out, withdrawing my holding from you total and deleting your whatapp group from my phone isnt being kicked out, lets not be mellow dramatic Noel. It was me leaving your group because you dont have the back bone to stand up to GR.
I left because you are passing information from the company not RNSed to shareholders in your "private group" this information is for one purpose, that imo is to raise the SP because the majority of times it happened GR diluted into it.
So my conclusion (rightly or wrongly) is your group have members connected to the company, so you can keep a large majority of shareholder where you want them, or you are getting played and you dont want to admit it.

Maybe Im wrong, then again if this was true you would be able to point out to me what you and your group has done to stop the death spiral that is GR and his poor management of our investments, unless its not in your interests to do so.
So why I have your attention please explain to me and the other PIs on this board
A) Why collectively you have done nothing to stop GR
B) Why you continue to pass market sensitive information from the company to your private group, yet take no action when it doesnt materialize
c) Explain why you still support GR even though he hasn't added any value at all, in fact why you support him I will remind you that under his management we have seen -1100% + dilution.
D) So how is the above beneficial to you?

Chippjo, exactly the reason I left the group, as I felt those in positions of trust had connections to the company, they would not move forward with anything that remotely questioned GR but they had information which alluded to a positive tomorrow others call t more Jam.
Unfortunately the promises of more Jam tomorrow have been such that no one believes it until they see it, we have had Jam from GR and Jam from his disciples.................. Poor shareholders are all Jammed out with the SP still no way where to go but down to new lows!

Everything wrote was taken from a podcast I merely pointed out that nothing in that podcast had come to fruit.

So companies on the stock exchange can boost funds by issuing RNS or podcasts in order to raise at higher share price, when they dont deliver nothing happens to them but when a PI highlights it they get band.

Very strange, you would hope that LSE would want to protect its PIs, not defend the actions of these companies that cost its PI money through false promises by not allowing PIs to highlight their underhanded actions.

Now need to push the sale of ARCM shares to get the new drilling contractor on site and drilling, we need to get the SP up as to raise roughly the same amount of cash at these levels will be twice as much dilution

Phillip, this is the hope, however the company fails to share deadlines and milestones with the PIs which leaves everyone second guessing.
They have recently raised and then taken 4/5 months to inform PIs that the shares raised to support drilling at Zulu weren't handed over to KME, the deal is no longer agreed on original terms AND the icing on the cake there has been no drilling AT ALL at Zulu. Not acceptable!
So why in the perfect world PREM would receive the funds from the Zimbabwe government in the next fortnight this in its self has been over 100 days so PIs are starting to worry (and rightly so) about further dilution or 400m+ shares raise at 0.014p getting sold below the current MC for ongoing running costs.
Again driving down the SP and being worth less than what we would currently get for the ARCM share sale.

What ever Circum returns and increases the MC to is meaningless if the shares in issue mean that your holding is say 10 or 20m is only worth £5-10k because of dilution to get there. Dilution will reduce the value of your holding, each share becomes less regardless of the MC, the more shares in issue means the further the MC is spread and the further its spread the thinner it gets, the thought of further dilution from this point is sickening.

We will keep 3% under my proposal then shareholders would benefit from supporting the company in the event of a sale rather than supporting the company for another placing to raise funds and diluting our holdings further.

GR will go for this unless he knows Circum is close and he isnt allowed to say IMO

Is there away sharehiolders could be offsered circum shares but PREM retain them under contractural agreement
MR Bloggs buys 10000 at $1.5 each this would raise $10,500 if PREM sell those shares at say $5 each Mr Bloggs would be returned $50,000 (hope yoiu can see where I am going with this)

GR said he cannt sell, maybe there is a way he sells on paper but prem or holding company retain the shares once the sale goes through PIs that bought would then have there holding cost and profit returned, this could be done on 2% of our holding in Circum releasing $3m enough to get RHA operational.
Why you might think its crazy to raise the full allocation through PIs lets not forget GR might take a large amount could be an option, whats your thoughts

Have you read the RNSs can you explain the recovery and the resource size and how we arrive at your findings that suggest RHA is not viable.

Zimbabwe Government have agreed to fund us $6m, in order for them to agree this I would guarantee they would want to see the figures and facts to ensure they would see a return from RHA. IF it wasn't viable as you say they would be throwing their money away. Therefore I ask you to expand and back up you post!
