Problem is Circum is an investment which is out of PREMs hands. I honestly believe that GR may have been miss feed information on how long the delivery would be.
Initially we received cash plus 2% in shares for Circum, from this point everything was just a pipe dream, a trillion $ project isn’t born over night and as you can imagine takes time to set up and bargain and sell the idea to potential investors, the shear size of Circum makes finding investment challenging.
I also believe there is a lot of radio silence at the minute, those that bought Circum are investors, they take and develop investments before selling them onto companies that will take them into production, this is how they have historically made their money.
Problem is some PIs think everything happens over night, investment, infrastructure, licensing, access, detailed business plan and strategic business strategies, mapping drilling and evaluating the mine all takes time money and investment. Then you needed a big hitter to buy it or big investors to take it into production.
As for RHA things have stopped as GR doesn’t want to invest anymore cash with out the 90%, we are awaiting on either government signoff and or cash investment.
Zulu is what it is needs approx £3/4m to get to DFS
Cash from RHA production or Circum could unlock this very quickly
