Because I consider the share price is undervalued at present with the Offer price at almost 18p it doesn't mean I necessarily hold any shares in Blavod now. I can comment on any Stock I care to and present some facts or some times gut feelings. If I owned every stock I offered comment on, I would be one the richest men in the Land. You should back up your statements with some reasons and why you Post a Buy or Sell, Twat. I am not bitter, and I will not be sliding any where even on my Snowboard.

The Market is full of Lemmings and Low Profit Traders. They will risk a K for 50 Quid after costs. Slightest view of Red on the Trading column and they're out. Good News can mean bad news (short term) if your're in for the longer term.

They have slid a bit since opening on the good news. It seems to be a common trend following good news. However, lots of BUYS this morning there was a recent UPGRADE and Torex are showing at two Trade Shows one in London and one the USA. I have a friend who works for them and he thinks things are going well on track. We shall see!

Thursday, 18th January 2007 09:29 Torex Retail says retail business wins more than 80 mln stg contracts in H2 LONDON (AFX) - Torex Retail PLC said its retail businesses have won more than 80 mln stg of new contracts and renewals in the second half of 2006 with its UK division securing 'major' new Retail-J contracts with Wyvale Garden Centre, Home Retail Group and Swarovski. The company said the 'significant' multi-million pound contract with Home Retail Group, which also includes a 10 year maintenance and support agreement, will see Torex roll out its Retail-J Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) solution across 683 stores. In the hospitality division, Torex has agreed a multi million pound 3 year contract renewal with Mitchells & Butlers to continue to provide and support EPoS software and services across their 2000 pub estate. But the company said some of the new and incremental business won by its hospitality and QSR division that it had hoped to complete in late 2006 is now expected to be delivered in early 2007. Turnover for the year was at least £116 million (up 104% on the £56.9 million for 2005) and pre-tax profits are expected to exceed £50 million (up 95% on the £25.6 million for 2005). Pre-tax profits include realised investment gains of just over £12 million, compared to £7.19 million in 2005 and interest income of £2.4 million (2005: £0.8 million). The tax charge is likely to be substantially below the statutory rate mainly due to the effect of allowances against the exercise of employee share options. This factor is likely to recur in future years. The basic weighted average number of shares in issue for 2006 was 448.7 million and the diluted number of shares for 2006 was 537.2 million. As at 31 December 2006 there were 519.8 million shares in issue. Assets under management as at 31 December 2006 were $5.18 billion. lezzils, todays trading doesn't really make sense with such good results, but this is not unusual. I certainly wouldn't sell at a loss at this stage. Would be very suprised if the SP didn't come back up. Never feels good when the FTSE 100 is down, but this is just my view.
