Henderson Morley PLC 12 January 2007 REASON WHY SO HERE WE GO FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 January 2007 STATEMENT ON SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT The Board of Henderson Morley plc ("Henderson Morley" or "the Company"), notes the movement in the Company's share price today. The Company is able to confirm that it is in a late stage of negotiations with an AIM-listed life sciences company. This proposed collaboration may lead to the grant of a licence in respect of another project from Henderson Morley's product portfolio. A further statement will be made in this respect at the appropriate time. The Company will be announcing its interim results for the six months to 31 October 2006 during the course of the next seven days.

He said Buy Churchill China and sit on it,(not literally!) It's down from its' November peak and appears to be doing OK. He might be right, and there aren't many survivors left in Stoke-on-Trent. BLAVOD TRADING AND OFFER PRICE 11 January 2006 Holiday Trading Blavod Extreme Spirits plc (BES.L) today reports on trading during the Christmas period, 1 October to 31 December 2006. United Kingdom shipments increased by over 62% in the three month period and international shipments increased over 33%, particularly in German and Russian duty free. Tim, just back. I am not sitting on these, and I wish I had been in since November. I ALWAYS say if I'M in a Share. What's more, even if I CANNOT purchase a share I rate I still share my views. Anyhow, what do you reckon on this one.
