The SP has risen on mention of the current trading which has experienced a strong start to this financial year. Have topped up this morning. That's my action of the day.

RCG Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that on the 19 March 2008 it has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares for treasury at an average price of 56 pence per share. Following this the Company's issued share capital consists of 232,267,677 ordinary shares with 207,677 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RCG Holdings Limited is 232,060,000.

The drop is a bit concerning but I do think Market conditions are not helping. I may be wrong but feel under normal conditions the SP would be more stable. Mitch Garber is still at the helm and any replacement will be of high caliber, for sure.

Following this the Company's issued share capital consists of 232,267,677 ordinary shares with 182,677 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RCG Holdings Limited is 232,085,000.

Should be much higher SP, but for the current Market conditions._________ Velti FY pretax up; says well placed to continue 'highly profitable expansion'_________ Velti PLC posted a higher full-year pretax profit, boosted by an 84 pct rise in sales, and said it is extremely well placed to continue its 'highly profitable expansion'. The provider of software platforms reported a pretax profit of 4.48 mln eur for the year to Dec 31 compared with 2.73 mln a year earlier, while revenue rose to 19.87 mln eur from 10.82 mln. 'In 2008 we expect to see accelerated demand for our services as mobile marketing and advertising budgets continue to grow significantly,' said chief executive Alexandros Moukas

Surely a good time to increase stakes at these levels. Although RTN face possible tighter conditions into 2008, as do all retail and food outlets, the intention of increasing outlets by 30 - 35 this year plus a Divi' of 7.25p and higher Broker valuations should see the Stock as a worthwhile longer term punt. The current Market conditions make most investments speculative untill there is more stability. The Restaurants and Bars are well situated and people have to eat. The culture of grabbing a bite to eat whether it be lunch or dinner is well embedded and no longer just a habit for the 'better off ' The prospect of a takeover is always on the horizon too. One could do worse in a choice punts, could be worth following the Directors.

RAB Capital FY AUM 7.24 bln usd, up 38 pct; FY pretax rose to 51.1 mln stg_____________________ RAB Capital PLC said its full-year assets under management (AUM) grew 38 pct to 7.24 bln usd as the company reported robust business performance under challenging market conditions. For the year ended Dec 31, 2007 the pretax profit rose to 51.1 mln stg versus restated figures of 50.6 mln stg last year. Net income too rose to 137 mln stg compared with 133 mln stg in 2006. The company has proposed a final dividend of 1.80 pence per share raising the total dividend by 50 pct to 2.40 pence each. RAB's executive chairman Michael Alen-Buckley said: 'Our investment in business infrastructure, products and distribution continues to underpin the scope for future growth. 'Nervousness in global markets will bring many challenges and opportunities in 2008 and RAB is in good shape to take them on,' he added. The company stated AUM at end February was at 6.9 bln usd.

Hi Crest, sorry pc just crashed ( RCG) . No I didn't catch your last posting on this page and I 'm sorry to hear you were in hospital and I note you are making a recovery. I've been away for a few days since last week and only just back, did visit the site but not for long. Well I hope it was nothing too serious with you and I wish you well. I thought you were keeping a low profile. Not doing too well of late with the Market in its current state despite my pointing a few people to some winners in which I could not act on as funds were all tied up and some stocks well down. My best wishes to you too.

Don't see any similarity to ITM. I think RCG are tapping into as many market openings as possible in which they can apply current and future technology of which they have or will have. Regarding ITM, I hope they get where the're aiming for soon, I'm still hanging in despite the drop.
