Performance in the first two months of 2008 was much stronger than in the same period in 2007. Revenues have grown by 69% over the same period last year and this trend has continued into March. We experienced growth in our OEM business as well as other channels, including increased revenue on sales to existing customers. Both gross and operating margins in the first 2 months of the year have been slightly better than those achieved during the same period last year. Financial position There has been no significant change in our financial position during the first two months of 2008. Our balance sheet remains very strong and we ended February with effective cash balances of $64.6m. Cash and deposits up to three months duration are $46.7 million, short term investment up to one year are $7.4 million and long-term investments of more than one year are $10.5 million.

This for many is a medium to long term investment. However, there will always be quick buck traders on every stock. Even if you are Certificated you can still sell your stock, check with your Broker.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, PartyGaming makes the following declaration to the market: As at 31 March 2008 PartyGaming has a total of 4,115,193,842 ordinary shares of 0.0015p each ('Shares') issued and admitted to trading. Each Share carries the right to one vote, with the exception of Shares held by the Company's employee benefit trust, the PartyGaming Plc Shares Trust (the 'Trust'), which has waived the voting rights in respect of the Shares it holds. As at 31 March 2008 the Trust holds 109,912,624 Shares and therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights is 4,005,281,218. The total voting right figure of 4,005,281,218 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PartyGaming under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

I doubt this will be on record on the day of sale. May be reported in a day or two, but these are peanuts compared to the largest Holdings. Doubt if we shall find out.

No recent news except Lord Moonie - Non-Executive Director picking up 159.404 shares reported last Thusday. I'm down too, but hanging in for for better climate. I'm hoping these will pick up when the Market settles.

Result of General Meeting held at 9am on 31 March 2008 At today's General Meeting, the Ordinary Resolution to authorise the Company (for the purposes of section 190 Companies Act 2006) to sell its entire holding in credEcard Group Plc to Contis Group Limited for a consideration of approximately ??1.4 million to be satisified in cash and the issue of 31,250 fully paid ordinary shares of ??1 each in Contis Group Limited, together with repayment of the intercompany balances of approximately ??0.8 million in cash, was duly passed with over 99% of the votes cast in favour of the resolution.

RCG Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that on the 28 March 2008 it purchased 30,000 ordinary shares for treasury at an average price of 67.625 pence per share. Following this the Company's issued share capital consists of 232,261,671 ordinary shares with 467,677 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in RCG Holdings Limited is 231,800,000.

QinetiQ Group reports in line trading; says confident about group outlook 31-MAR-2008 07:46 LONDON (Thomson Financial) - QinetiQ Group PLC. said it continues to trade in line with management expectations, with fourth-quarter trading levels remaining robust, and it remains confident about the outlook for the group. The Company was informed that Hugh de Lusignan, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 12,500 shares of 0.001p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 17p per Ordinary Share. Mr de Lusignan subsequently holds 1,836,950 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.07 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital. The Company was also informed that Douglas Kearney, Chief Financial Officer, today purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares of 0.001p in the Company at 17p per Ordinary Share. Mr Kearney subsequently holds 1,167,727 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.13 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
