Well I can't see VLK returning to the peaks of 80 / 90p seen a while ago. VLK's US Market is obviously tougher and Company Statements imply a tougher outlook for the near future. However, Barclays have bagged some stock and Southwind Ltd have been increasing their stake too. Hard to value the Company at present but something suggests to me the SP could be worth a few pennies. Only needs a few contracts coming in and there could be more confidence. Important to give it some DYOR.

Nationwide Accident Repair Services PLC reported a 15 pct growth in its full-year pretax profit before non-recurring items on higher revenues, and said its current year has started positively and it remains confident of its business prospects. Further, its accident management operations has shown encouraging growth, it added. For the year ended Dec 31, 2007, the provider of car crash repair services posted a pretax profit before non-recurring items of 6.82 mln stg compared with 5.91 mln stg last year, as revenues rose to 151.95 mln stg from 151.19 mln stg. During the period, administrative expenses declined to 24.87 mln stg from 27.06 mln stg. National Accident has declared a final dividend of 3.0 pence, up 15 pct, bringing the total dividend for the year to 4.5 pence from 2.6 pence of last year.

Chloride Group PLC said it expects its results for the year ended March 31 to be ahead of its expectations, with an increase in operating profit before amortisation of 50 pct over the previous year. The power services company said it continues to make excellent progress, and it expects sales for the year to be above 30 pct from last year "with organic sales growth well ahead of the market". A record order book for products and services of around 100 mln stg and continuing momentum in key market sectors, support a positive outlook for the coming year, the company said.
