22 February 2008_ For immediate release_DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL plc____ Upon a recommendation from the Remuneration Committee, Ogier Employee Benefit Trust Limited in their capacity as trustees of the Domino's Pizza UK & IRL Plc Employee Benefit Trust ('the Trust'), awarded to Christopher Moore, the Chief Executive Officer, and Lee Ginsberg, the Chief Financial Officer, reversionary interests currently represented by 1,260,000 and 750,000 shares respectively in the Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'). These interests will only vest if the performance criteria are met within five years. The awards were made on the 22 February 2008.

Oak Holdings signs deal with local council for 250-yr lease for YES! project_____ 22 Feb' 2008 LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Oak Holdings PLC said it has won an approval from Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) for a 250-year lease on its 350 mln stg YES! project, a leisure based resort, activity and convention destination in South Yorkshire. The AIM-listed property development and consultancy company said YES! will be Europe's largest covered leisure based development, where it plans to create more than 164,000 square metre of leisure and entertainment space in the former coalfield site in the Rother Valley. Oak Holdings said it is now focusing on completing YES!'s tenant profile and on detailed design and construction procurement. 'It represents another significant milestone on this major 350 mln stg regeneration project that will help transform the economy of South Yorkshire,' chief executive Steve Lewis said in a statement.

It's been too quiet on this front and the news that the Company is worth more that the recent SP suggested, is of course better news. I'm still holding some stock and wondered what might be in the air. It's a shame that a backer or buyer is required. The debt is not massive in relation to the R&D carried out to reach thus far. I wonder if ITM will be interested. Looking for the upside.

Positive movement of late and upward momentum through February '08. A good recent Trading Statement and as documented by fourteenhundred and lezzils lots of Holdings taken up. So, are we looking at another earner to maybe reach the SPs of 80/90p seen earlier in recent times. There was never a resting place for the SP, It touched the Pound during late 2006 until April 2007 then nosedived. Any views as to whether this is going places or is it a possible hit and run. Having said that I know that isn't the style of the BT Pension Fund.

Yes good results here GedW. Batm still pulling the rabbit out of the hat and it would be nice to see the SP sitting in the 40's with some comfort.

Cohort unit wins 9 mln stg 3-yr contract from UK Ministry Of Defence 21 Feb' 2008 07:51 London (Thomson Financial) - Cohort PLC said its SEA unit has won a three-year contract worth 9 mln stg from the UK's Ministry of Defence's Defence Technology and Innovation Centre (DTIC), for the DTIC's Expeditionary Logistics & Support research programme. The programme includes developing new techniques, processes and technology to support expeditionary operations by the UK armed forces, the defence technical services group added.
