Property development and consultancy group Oak Holdings Plc. said it expects to secure a development loan to take its 350 million pound YES! project to completion. A bit of profit taking but the SP is holding up well and last week KBC Advanced Technologies Plc. said its business during the first four months of 2008 has been very successful and, as result, believes its financial performance for the full year likely will be 'significantly ahead' of market expectations. During the four-month period there was continued growth in contracts and backlog, against a backdrop of strong revenue and profit growth, which reflecting strong demand for KBC services, the consulting, process-engineering and software company said in a statement released before its annual general meeting.

Templar Minerals currently holds 285,000,000 ordinary shares in River Diamonds representing 16.9% of River Diamond's issued ordinary share capital. As announced on 8 May 2008, Templar agreed to purchase a further 143,290,000 ordinary shares in River Diamonds which when aggregated with its existing interest would take the holding to 25.42% of River Diamonds' issued ordinary share capital. This latter transaction has not yet completed and a further announcement will be made in due course
