Hi Guys, 007 I'm already in and as EBG in its present form has only been trading since last year there is no historical date for the next Interims. However, market expectations for the year to June suggest there will be a further Statement sometime after this Month. It might be worth contacting the FD at the Company if you so desire. You probably know that EBG was informed on 13 June 2008 that as of 12 June 2008 GLG Partners LP held 6,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.69 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights, a recent report obviously and this is a good sign. Things do look promising but you must feel happy yourself. Mikeyb than you for nod re: IAE, shall take a look later.

Thorntons PLC ('Thorntons' or 'the Company') reports its third quarter trading update for the 14 weeks up to and including Saturday 19 April 2008. Thorntons maintained its steady course and delivered sales growth of 8.5% to £52.4m during a period of some weakness on the High Street. Own store sales grew by 5.1% to £33.8m with like for like sales growth of 0.5%, which is a pleasing result given the short Easter selling season this year. Franchise sales grew by 12.6% to £3.6m benefiting from the new stores opened in the first half of the current financial year. Commercial sales continued to perform strongly with sales growth of 14.5% to £12.8m driven by new seasonal product listings with existing customers. Sales in Thorntons Direct continued to show good progress with sales growth of 27.7% to £2.2m._______ READS OK just wonder if general rising costs for the average consumer will affect Sales. But hey, Some folks say chocolate beats sex!

You could say the same regarding WTN they are still seperate companies. Just take a look at WTN's progress in the Share price. The research has been done on these stocks if you read back. But of course you must feel OK yourself.

I am optomistic that Energybuild ( EBG ) will soon see an increase in Share Price in the not too distant future.

Hi Babbler2 there's been lots of research done by Unglove and myself and others too. It's worth looking back over the pages of these postings. Unglove has carried out intensive research, I guess you weren't aware of postings since the start of this year. This is not a critical comment, but be rest assured it will make it to the 400p, and I cannot say when.

Quite a jump here too. I never thought the Stock would go this high in such a short period.

On the 6 May Energybuild Group said it expects to exceed market expectations for the year to June. Average selling prices are forecast to be 53 percent ahead of market expectations in the second half and 34 percent ahead of market expectations for the full year, the Welsh coal producer said. The company said it now expects opencast production to achieve forecast production for the full year following initial production difficulties. Aberpergwm drift mine tonnages are expected to be ahead of the forecast 22,000 tonnes of saleable coal due to the introduction of mechanisation earlier than anticipated, the company added.

A suprising drop but will be moving back up through the Day I feel. Those of you considering Buying a few, now have an opportunity at these prices.

Titus, I note your observant comments, a good brief summary. They do look well placed and it will be interesting to see what occurs through the year. One thing for sure, lots of cement will be required for China's current Industrial programme. With enough WCC shares you could become the Titus of the renewed Chinese Empire. Take care and good luck.
