The strategy for Yellow Network (managed by Layer3 FinTech Ltd.) involves both direct compliance for the YELLOW token and strategic alignment for its broader ecosystem services under the MiCA CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) framework. 

YELLOW Token vs. CASP Status

* Token Status: The YELLOW token itself has been formally classified as a utility token under MiCA Article 3(1)(9). A MiCA-compliant white paper for the token was re-notified to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) on 11 March 2026.

* No CASP Designated for Sale: The recent public offer was facilitated through Republic under US Regulations D and S. During this phase, no MiCA-authorised CASP was designated specifically for the token's placement, as it was not required for the initial non-EU offering. 

Ecosystem CASP Intentions

While the token is a utility asset, the services provided around it (like brokerage and custody) fall under the CASP licensing regime: 

* Regulated Broker Goal: Yellow.com has publicly stated its intention to evolve into a regulated broker. Under MiCA, "operating a trading platform" or "exchange of crypto-assets for funds" are core activities that require a full CASP licence.

* Passporting Strategy: By filing documentation through the Central Bank of Ireland Portal, the project positions itself to "passport" its services across all 27 EU member states once a full license is secured.

* Transitional Compliance: Current providers of crypto services in the EU must have a MiCA license or a pending application by July 1, 2026, to avoid being forced to cease operations. Yellow's early engagement with the CBI is designed to meet this "mid-2026" deadline. 

Role of Node Operators

Interestingly, Yellow's Layer-3 architecture uses decentralized nodes for clearing. Under current ESMA guidance, purely decentralized protocols (DeFi) that have no central controlling entity can sometimes fall outside the CASP scope; however, Yellow is actively pursuing the CASP route for its centralized interface components to ensure institutional-grade compliance.

So heres a massive ramp by you all of GS20, people were saying 25 million a day on gs 20 exchange lol and those figures were obviously completely wrong as GS exchange yearly revenues does not support that narrative ever, nowherw near!.

Insiders have bought, we getting tasty dividends, record profits and revenues happening every quarter and lots of other projects in the mix, lots to come here. Ive put 2030 as my time to walk away and unless the price does something amazing, I think that timeframe is realistic for a way way higher price than now.
