Yeh i do understand chapter 11 and chapter 7 PI. However most that do enter chapter 11 and come out stronger, have a strong biz model and usually a black swan event has caused hardship, Argo is where its at through ineptitude fraud and thats very difficult to restructure.

Its actually quite amazing thats its now Monday afternoon and Argo havent even acknowledged the share suspension let alone address it.

HC Fred spoke about Argo and corz after the bankruptcy information. I found it quite staggering at the time but seeing what Argo and corz have done since those warnings is apples and oranges, corz are fighting and Argo went missing, will corz creditors agree to extensions ? If they know they foreclose now and only get 5 10 points back max ? I’m amazed how f correct Argo have gone before corz so who knows !

Bitf did a massive reversal on policy I think in April, they sold btc and went on a debt clear up as best as they could whether that policy saves them I’m not too sure, getting machines into Argentina has been problematic 2200/12000 in 3 months. S America is a gamble but so is Texas now. I’m not convinced bitf can thrive let alone survive. But that reversal in April is what could save them,.

I would have expected corz creditors to act by now. I’m imagining Mike has worked with those closely as surely by now someone would have issued legal proceedings maybe they already have. Like I’ve said hc corz is far sicker than Argo.

Mara have 23 eh of machines paid for let’s see what clsk or huts debt is at if they ever achieve that. Hut 8 have bills due for new miners soon, the mining world changes fast but Mara haven’t lost their top spot for me, 14 bucks a month ago 5 bucks July 19 bucks a few weeks later, bitty gets a run and Mara spikes again and they can dilute. The only thing riot did better was doing atm higher and earlier, the rest of the biz model for me is whether riot or Mara did the right things and I think over time Mara will edge that.
