You can buy that type of land in Texas for peanuts the previous sellers signed an nda with dpn but I’d imagine dpn paid no more than 500k for that land. I took .50 for most of the holding yday, btc hammer looks like it’s coming and a lot of option expiry’s today, holding miners overnight is akin to hosting enriched uranium in your house, I think I’ll buy a few more of corz when this btc dip ends. I still reckon they are gonna get these curveball offers.

Corz is the largest miner and what do the creditors with it, those miners aren’t worth what is Ayers right now and even now they still generate nearly a million a day I reckon that’s gonna get them some leeway which they have already clearly been given. I think that extends, big risk/reward! Right up my street x;£)

I dont see that willingness from the creditors to take the keys from Corz like i do with Argo, NYDIG feels like they control Argo forward moves.

Corz have acted like they are the laregest miner in the world and not tat threat of imminent bankruptcy, attending the Texas blockchain summit being proactive on its social media, even hiring people......... just opened a new mining centre which they hope to be enjoying 'for years to come'

i dont see death at corz like i do at argo, and yeh im gonna punt on corz.

bankruptcy fooks everyone over tho doesnt it.

This is a real proposal when corz dont have many options left.

40 million upfront, zero contingencies all based on btc recovering that looks like another load of dough being thrown at CORZ to me HC.

If btc doesnt recover they lose more.

This stock is going to go nuts next couple of days HC.

But what are top creditors doing ? Corz havent paid anyone since September, the creditor at the bottom of the list has just said here is another load of dough because we believe btc will go higher in the next few months.

Will the creditors be receptive to this show going on for a few more months in the hope btc turns, or bankrupt it and receive very little back perhaps 5 or 10 points max, if that?
