What are you saying kraut Yankee ? That Mara isn’t the most actively traded miner on the markets. If you look at all the other headline miners right now , riot, clsk hive hut etc they are all being heavily shorted and have nothing like the volume of Mara . No one gets close to Mara volume but riot are an easy second on traded volume.

This was 2 and a half months ago and I’m still waiting for confirmation.

A. Amendment to Existing Equipment Financing Agreement

The Company has executed a non-binding letter of intent ("NYDIG LOI") to amend its existing equipment financing agreement with an affiliate of New York Digital Investment Group LLC ("NYDIG"). This amendment releases approximately £5.0 million ($5.7 million) of restricted cash and modifies the amortisation schedule for the Company's existing loans. The transaction significantly reduces the Company's debt service payments and links future payments for NYDIG loans used to finance purchases of digital asset mining equipment to network mining profitability. In exchange, the Company will provide NYDIG with an expanded collateral package. The amended equipment financing agreement is expected to contain customary covenants for an agreement of its type. The Company and NYDIG expect to close the amendment within the next few weeks, and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Any idea on the latest with that ? I would have hoped Pluto, epic, discounted miners or whatever way to access capital would have been attempted before throwing away millions of dollars on brand new S19’s

yeh for now riot looks better for sure but youre not factoring Mara's liquidity and institutional ownership on the market and its World class ability to raise funds.

Riot raised earlier and higher, than Mara Im sure Mara will get the opportunity to do just as well, but for now Riot have a bird in the hand and Mara have 2 in a bush. The mining game is snakes and ladders, im sure Mara will see a ladder soon x;)

I think we are going to see a lot of miners curtail operations now, I think Mara are doing it at KM, only taking wind energy and grid energy when its affordable lol this is the state of the industry we are in.

I think the bet between Mara and Riot attaining number 1 status, is mara went and bought a fleet, riot bought sheds and infrastructure, and im still not sure what wins out! but they both easily get to the next bull run regardless of btc price.....lets see how these 2 play out over the next couple of years fighting it out.

Agreed HC and on that basis you have about a 35 mill usd value for Helios, and that’s if argo were in as good a shape as riot, but they aren’t, so even less for helios at this distressed time.

It’s a fire sale ! I’d be amazed if they were able to get more than a 1/3rd of costs back from Helios.

All the miners that expanded and bought machines last year overpaid for them, some have the financial clout to get out of it, argo clearly do not and now need btc miracle to turn fortunes around, anyone negotiating with argo has his foot on petes neck.

Either way I’m expecting an outcome next week, those after hour sales do not bode well here, imho.

What’s that worth now ? Barely covers riots mcap now, what were bough and paid for int he bull run and what they’re worth during the winter time is polar opposites.

What is Helios using mw right now about 80 MW ?

Is it definitely energised for 200 mw ? Or is that more pw bs ? I was reading a link ages ago about this approval to energise and I’m sure that you have to have the machines in before you can energise.

Yea but riot isn’t distressed like Argo is. A distressed company desperate for cash selling it’s prized assets mmmmm I’d also like to know why a ppa has never been arranged at Helios? Grid energy for miners without a ppa is slowly becoming non viable. If Helios had that ppa like riots it would have far more value connected to it.

Look what clsk recently paid for 230 mw shed. This Helios shed has minimal value during this bear cycle. Even worse is the Leccy price for it, I reckon the ticket price for Helios at the time is 25-40 million usd then the machines on top that aren’t worth much at all and are already immersed ?
