Is interesting how some folks are missing the point. Is not about the image being from Jan 2019 and therefore the image out of date or why didn't they show us before, is out of date now etc.

At the time of the Jan/ early 2019, they were in the middle of a quite complex stage of the application. Folks following the process will know/ should understand there will objections and other parties to consider - all sorts of sensitivities. To have posted that image back then would've been absolutely daft and anyone thinking they should've would've been even dafter. This before thinking about how arrogant and presumptious it would've seemed to publish it when EPO hadn't been granted.

So we go from a time of it being (early 2019) when it would've utterly stupid to post it to a time when the company feel comfortable and confident to post it.........I wonder why??!! I wonder what's happened since??!!?!

Would really be a bizarre situation when this comes good and we all rolling in it then wishing we had committed more before being locked into this period of hell-fire.

Know of LTHs adding right now at these levels, locking those shares up (I also added yesterday). A possible TR1 due soon from somewhere? (Not me -- though would be happy to be in that position :D )

It is no coincidence that theere were a number of moderate-to-reasonably-sized sells, which the MMs lapped up, then the MMs raised the SP on sod all buying, catching folks trading, and then this BB is suddenly overrun by folks who have summat negative to say.

Here's a clue - we are gradually seeing hugher lows; selling now is a bad idea; if MMs drop, they will then move back up again quickly on low buying volume, in readiness to cloaing out the day and week, ahead of next week, when the El Presidente is back from trip abraod and able to sign-off paperwork.

Sorry Stew, but clearly you sold up and then saw the MMs raise the SP on minimal volume and are tryng to get back. Your post was a very specific stab at me. No change from me from now matey!

Steward, two things (which you have clearly neglectedand so are not following properly);

1. The Presdient in Russia at the moment, meaning he can;t physiclaly sign anything until he gets bac. This is a well known fact, and is they delay is a known situation

2. VAST happen to be in the same boat, awaiting similar sign-off. Meaning his is systemic thing (meaning is to do with how things happen over there in Zim) as opposed to an issue with GR in this instance.

Fine, you can arrive here taking a stab at me but in future you won't be finding an ally out of me on these BBs (and who knows how many IDs you might operate under).

Tick up due and you can see MMs going there off minimal buying volume. BLUE incoming.

Crazy - shares sold into market by traders, absorbed byMMs and then a 2million buy enough to tick SP up again. Absolute text-book tactics. Collect masses of shares on way down and tick back up on minimal buying volume. This is waiting to go BLUE.

When the EPO is signed off soon, we will start to see fuller details as to ZULU EPO potential. Is a world-beater. Will transform PREM. We will then also see the value of producing mines (MNH, RHA) in our portfolio.

Just to make it plain,

World class producing Manganese mine (bigger area than even Zulu!)
RHA producing early next year

And of course,

ZULU EPO JV...

If we think is unrealistic, then folks need to see Neil Herbert's options (who has been brought on to the PREM board):

Zulu EPO is way better than many understand. So too the MNH deal. And we have a number of prospective partners interested. When that RNS lands, and is not long to wait, really is BOOOOM time. A lot of folk will be caught out. Shares sold into market right being collected by LTHs and larger interests, accumulation ongoing.
