Given Zulu value was impaired, EPO brings that entire value back to the books with immediate effect + now EPO!

Thinking about, we could open at 0.20p (up 5-% to a 100%) following EPO confirmation as all that values return with immediate effect.

Thanks for posting the text from the Docs earsbern. Is always important we have the full text so we can view it all ourselves in order to come to our own conclusions.

Seems to that there is a desire amongst all parties for this now to be dropped but sticking point is the whether the case is voluntarily dismiessed with prejudice or without. If without prejudice, it goes against no-one and am interpreting that everyone deals with their own respective costs. However, Hope at al want it dismissed with prejudice so they can have their costs oaid by FRR/ZM/SN. I think Plaintiff's council didn't believe it would be possible to secure dismissal of case without prejudice (i.e. '... in light of the inability to dismiss the case without prejudice.') and so felt they had no option but to resign. Naturally, a lot more to it that counsel could/ would not say.

What I get from this particular mess is that it's not as bad as we thought it would be, that at least with ADR both parties are looking for a way out that could see an within the initial timeframe (i.e. 120 days). If the issue at ADR is over whether voluntary dismissal is with or without prejudice, then we have some significant movement towards finally concluding this and letting parties get on with their work/ lives.

Is hard to know how close Hope and liquidators may be to packing it all in. They been spending crazy money and getting nowhere!

Holders are understandably concerned when every court Doc we see seems to show Hope OMF stating one thing after another and no corresponding reply or defence by FRR. But is becoming clearer to me now what Hope etc can and cannot do. There is a genuine limit to what they can achieve before they require the political establishment to help. But the US establishment has already begun working with FRR and things are moving. Hope etc won't be getting much change out of the Government.

Don't agree. The answer sits in the political rationalisation of the situation.

Though I also take note of MadP's earlier post about the asset being outside the courts remit (incl. commenst from seisprocessor on the 31st October). Think it is useful to establish the absolute limits of what is possible here including, however unlikely, possible worst case sceanrio. In this case, worst case scenario could be courts find in favour of Hope regarding liquidation. In that unlimkely event, it would go against the US poltiical and economic interests to do anything about it. Is very possible ZM and SN are fully aware of what the court cases can and cannot realistically achieve, and so while we worry, they don't (at least not in the same way/to the same extent)
