If ZM has said very little to nothing about FRR, likely because he's not there in an FRR capacity. it's not why he was brought on to the show. He seems to have beeb invited for a much wider international political perspective, one that he would be experienced enough to comment on. Given that, I think it would have been inappropriate/ improper for him to talk about FRR.(would have looked a bit tacky at best if he'd been using it as a platform to promote FRRs interests). Not saying his not angling for a political career. Simultaneously, cannot deduce from this that he is, either

The roots of the mess is the GD and therefore political. Whatever happens from here, is all political. Cannot extricate our prospects or very survival from the political. As such, there's no point ZM being anything other than political. Is the only way to give FRR a fighting chance.

The project is happening. Is just a matter of what news they release and when, which you know plenty already me ol muckerooni GGG.

We have been told, next major news is SHA TS. LTHs have also picked up that they are working flat out to get this done. They will release it once all parties have agreed to the specifics to be mentioned in the RNS, being there is CMEC and, potentially, GE and Moz, as well as the NOMAD, and not just NCCL.

A few of us have personally relayed to the company our expectations of how news should be presented, issues of detail and tone (whether that comes to anything, remains to be seen, but we have taken opportunties to relay our views where those opportunities have been available).

I remain extremely confident our project is happening and that those who hold will do extremely well!

NCCL are, however, more advanced, with supporting parties (Germany, World Bank, and Norway) reaching financial close ($127m) on transmission infrastructure, & all parties moving at speed to be ready in 2022/23. Where NCCL's recent Transmission Study underpinned government initiated tendering processes following financial close (where we are literally the only project for that infrastructure to connect to). Now we see the respective governments are looking to speed up the process. It's happening!

This is the 400KV transmission line/ substation that major parties reached financial close around, connecting where #NCCL's project is, with Malawi.

News is imminent, and most likely on the Shareholder Agreement Term Sheet. If all details come in like we expect, it'll be massive!

ZiggyZag, FRR as it stands, just won't have the capacity, at this point, to be putting all that stuff online/ not a priority in light of pressures and resources.

Flakey, regarding wanting some kind of comms, is understandable, but you got plenty of people now talking about taking next steps to pressure the company. While there appears to be some possiblity that this could be resolved ahead of general elections, in the absence of any further other news, I would suggest this would be a bad move.

Just add, as it relates, am very much in broad agreement Madp's last post. There's a degree of interwoven trachery out there, the likes of which I hadn't expected (the sort that could link GD with TW et al, Hope, YA, etc. even - as in, how did TW find out about the Arbi?! It was on the back of that, that pressure really began to be applied). Given all that, not sure what ZM could've by way of comms, with seemingly Hope at one end (along wtih TW etc.), and GD and Arbi at the other.

We cannot know exactly what kind of negotiations are are taking place behind the scenes, so the idea of turning the screw on FRR at this potentiallly most crucial point in time is the most self-defeating thing I've heard on this BB in some time.

So, Flakey, you think taking action, now, against FRR (as shareholders) is likely to improve our prospects against GD??

Those will be placing shares, is my confident guess (from May 15th anouncement). We been churning through those placing the last two weeks, when things started to pick up and the opportunity was there to finally churn them into the market.

Really is good seeing those out of the way. Hopeful, we close to being done. And am confidently guessing, again, we very near news.

All the news we have found the last few weeks, points so strongly to NCCLs Billion$$$ project happening.

Have said already, SHA TS to me is a major rubber stamp moment. That is meant to be the next major piece of news and cannot be far away. Enormous shareholder value to be unlocked here.
