Folk who didn't buy in now talking about cash level? LOL Cash level not a concern for me. The JDA unlocks significant capital through payment of historic costs to the tune of tens of millions and any proportion of the JV above 60% brings in more - unless we get taken over. Any amounts raised by a share placement will have minimal diluting effect as by then we'll be closer to conclusion and will be value accretive. I'd add that today's is more than a string signal this is happening. Market's initial sluggishness allowing me to top up with 97, 000 shares at 4.9p. Thank you all!

Apologies on the minor technicality. We will be handing over a proportion of RHA not PREM in the respective JV. That portion will largely come from the share we get back from NIEEF

Whatever lump sum we derive from RHA JV, some of it will be used to progress Zulu. Once RHA is making profit, that can also be used to progress ZULU. Once circum lands, we have the final piece of the jigsaw (enough capital then to complete ZULU works before eventual sale or JV). In other words, by year end, we could have RHA running at profit, CIRCUM IPO completed, ZULU progressing well with resource estimate updated to include recent drilling seasons and heading for DFS by end of year 2019 perhaps. GR knows better than most what's at stake and has the resources to keep it going at PREM until things are sorted in the near term. Just waiting for NIEEF to the confirmed.

And I mean that without any further news. If there's news of revenue or new deals being agreed, then even more...

This is one of the biggest deals waiting to be confirmed on AIM. Morning's RNS strong signal there are major issues. Importantly, for me, signals that discussions between the parties is going well.

The JDA unlocks significant capital. Provided everything moving as per expected - with extensions or fears seemingly limited from here - not a problem. And anyway, raising another say £250, 000 until financial close will be a breeze i.e you won't will feel the dilution by that stage

I see how you put up one 'positive' post and the bashers swarm around it LOL Badgernator, I here you. My efforts to contact the company are because I am trying to make sense of what's going on, so is for my benefit first and foremost. I am providing an overview of what I learn so that other may learn given the 'radio silence' and given the bashers. If folk want it from GR directly, then he is at the event on Saturday. I provide what are 'strong impressions' because I am confident that that is what I have learned but that it remains my interpretation of the discussion. Nothing sensitive is divulged. But I have been trying to get a sense of the things that are going on. On the matter of cash position, of course it's good to know. All I could get was that cash-burn at the moment is minimal. We are in financial danger as we have no debt. Given this, we are able to pursue discussions without being forced to sell or agree anything because there are creditors forcing us to. So we are in a position to attempt to get what are good deals. As have been said may times before, GR will be able to loan PREM funds if required. He has done so in the past. There is the matter of any possible further fundraises. But the share cap prevents this at the moment. Company have said that both RHA JV and, especially, Circum will help enormously with capital injection, enough to see us to Zulu DFS completion potentially. I'm not happy about the SP. It pains me. But I am reassured that it is only a matter of time. DYOR all.

While the drop in SP is not great, don't believe the drop or the apparent delay signal any issue. Once we had all reflected, clear that there was no intimation on the part of the company as to when news would be released. It is taking as long it needs. I would like 20p tomorrow/ASAP but have to be patient. Thinking seriously about buying more.

Have spoken to the company again. Impression I got was that discussions on RHA involve two sets of conversations; a) JV discussions with RHA, where a proportion of the company is given up for a 'lump sum'. That proportion will largely come out of the NIEEF share. The 'lump sum' would be available to develop ZULU; and b) Brandon Hill are discussing with a consortium regarding off-take. I also got the strong impression that the two could become one, that is whoever JV's with RHA could also be the party/consortium we develop an offtake agreement with. That RHA could work out that way or involve two separate deals. But there two sets of potentially interconnected discussions (my strong impressions). GR's attending of the event on Saturday is not a 'Jolly'. He is in town for a number of meetings over a number of days. Otherwise, wouldn't be worth it just to attend the Investors event. PREM and particularly GR are working very hard, even if it doesn't seem like it to some. Naturally, not able to report until things are confirmed with NIEEF. I sensed that once this is announced, it will trigger a raft of news and progress. At NIEEF, it is all about the paperwork. As I mentioned earlier, NIEEF see the proposal a perfectly reasonable. Just a matter of paperwork and time.

Have finally had contact with the company, after trying for over a week. These are my personal string impressions; NIEEF continue to support us, believing that our proposal is perfectly acceptable. Just paperwork left but continues to be at advanced stages. We could hear any time. JV discussions for RHA ongoing. Plan is for a proportion of RHA - taken from NIEEF - to be given to a partner for a lump sum and that this will be used as working capital where needed, across portfolio. In other words, RHA deal would bring on a reasonable amount of working capital - a lump sum - which would in turn support work on ZULU. (Worthwhile also remembering another posters info regarding Brandon Hill also bringing offtake partners to PREM, i.e. bringing the market to PREM). They are confident of CIRCUM IPO this year. Naturally, we should hear much sooner about those plans, about intentions etc. This will realise a chunk of wrong capital, enough to see ZULU to DFS - a point they made. The company is not running out of time for anything. We do not had meaning we have creditors pushing us towards administration or sale of assets. Our cashburn at the moment is at the absolute minimum. GR has put his own money into the company in the past and frequently and will do again if and when the need arises. He works crazy hours for the company. Lack of news is not meaning a company making no progress or at standstill. Company believes the SP is a not reflection of where they are. Had to argue that sentiment has to change for it to improve - and for that to change, that requires news of material progress. They understand and said we'll be getting news in due course and that that could be any time but would not say on time lines. At some point, soon, RHA and CIRCUM will be clearer and the proceeds ultimately will be driving be driving ZULU forward. This is the plan, at least what I interpreted. Frustrated but the company are getting on with it. PREM has no debt and is not in trouble like other AIM companies might be. There is a lot going n simultaneously (RHA, CIRCUM, ZULU) - though activities have been slowed down until we have some progress with NIEEF and RHA. So while frustrated also relieved and confident going forward. Again, these are my strong impressions but DYOR.

ihavenoclue, apologoes - I should clarify regarding having no interest in an AGM. My main focus is RHA JV. Naturally, if that requires an AGM to formalise, then naturally that satisfies the main issue, which is to sort RHA. But I'm not interested in AGMs usually as usually they are due process and nothing new emerges out of them. However, in the event of JV on RHA, or even an outright sale, then an EGM would need to be called. But with the AGM potentially on the horizon, better to wait to kill two birds with one stone. The radio silence is deafening.

Couldn't care less about the AGM. I want GR spending his time on getting RHA sorted. In fact, if he was messing about with an AGM or with announcements related to it, I'd be annoyed
