From the recent RNS; "� Proposals for engineering, procurement, and construction ("EPC") and operations and maintenance ("O&M") contracts received but require additional information, with a deadline of 23 April 2018 to receive complete proposals." From the recent Vox podcast, it seems that we would be informed when it was received. Additional time was for this piece detail and believe that the date provided has been agreed in the knowledge that it be easily achieved. I do have one question; if they were going get to the last bit of detail in by the 23rd April, then why release an update the week before after having already let three of four months elapse before any news??? You could wait a week longer surely and simply confirm it's all in? Someone else said that they were under huge pressure to get an update out...but reckon they still could've waited a week... Anyhow, the podcast seals it for me. This is ON! Good luck to all genuine holders and folks!

*GE-CMEC want to move the project ON, I should've said

Surprised more folk haven't taken positions today. This JDA thing is not in doubt, as far as could be communicated. Couldn't top further today as waiting on other shares. But these levels are crazy steal. Market cap at just £13million when we have a multi $billion dollar project in the making, with potential revenue steam of $300million annually. GE-CMEC want to move the project, are very keen on it. What's not to like?

Showing as a buy here. Couldn't been a sell that big at that price and certainly would've been daft given news today and that there's news next week.

A buyout is a genuine possibility. We've discussed the reasonings behind it on this BB plenty. Today's RNS supported that idea again. Real low key so as not to jolt the SP but at some point the SP will move. On a '$billion dollar project' - their words - and annual revenue steams of between $250million to $300million, a buyout at between $150million and $210million isn't out of the question. That's between 60p and 80p roughly. Those annual revenue numbers shows those buyout estimates aren't whacky.

Yesterday's RNS was quite telling. VLS clearly expect to make an announcement in due course. They would only say that it they actually expected to make an announcement and that only if they were expecting to be involved. See below; --------------------------------------------------------- Response to press coverage Velocys plc (VLS.L), the renewable fuels company, notes the recent press coverage related to Red Rock Biofuels LLC's commencement of construction of its biorefinery in Lakeview, Oregon. Velocys confirms that it has yet to receive a notice to proceed for the manufacture of its Fischer-Tropsch reactors and catalyst for the plant, and will make a further announcement in due course. ---------------------------------------------------------

Folk wondering to take a position now or later perhaps, if they think there's still time?! For me, the RNS tells me the deal is on. I've increased my holding and will add more if funds become available. There aren't a huge number of shares in issue and most are tightly held.

s0n1c, I don't think the up-to-date-ness of the DFS is an issue, at least in the context of the discussions with GE-CMEC. If it was an issue they would have said/it would have been part of the negotiations.

On Niormi's point, why would someone want their capital spread across the portfolio -- the JV partner's lump sum is to purchase whatever agreed amount/proportion of the company 9e.g. 30% or 40% etc. following NIEEF). The money that we get belongs then to PREM. PREM need to live up to whatever whatever terms of the JV and agreement with NIEFF (if there is any further stipulation under them), but besides that, the money is free to be used by PREM in whatever way that the company sees fit (though I'm sure shareholders would be watching closely). If the JV partner buys into PREM as opposed to RHA, for example, then the money is there foor PREM to use wisely across the portfolio, under whatever stipulations are set out in the JV agreement

Ihavenolcue, if that is the case, that the JV secures a proportion of PREM rather than RHA or ZULU individually, then that is not a bad thing. The share cap raise is not for shares issues that will then be dumped into the market. This is for strategic partner who is buying lock stock into the company. I would not be against this. The dilution would be counteracted by the capital, expertise and guaranteed progress the JV will ensure, We give up 30% and get back a market cap of considerably greater than where we are and SP that shoudl still be a material gain from here. Once Zulu DFS done and RHA producing and Circum sorted, without the need for any further dilution beyond that initial JV issue. we should be in a strong place.

For LTHs the RNS was a solid one. Those who are researched and know what is going understand this significance of it. Have to agree with badeli's point that they didn't want the SP to jump about. I would further, however, this would particularly be a concern - a spiking SP or even a sustainable SP rise - if negotiations were also tied the specifics of SP; for example, if a buyout was in the cards. I can see why an RNS had to be released. The length of time between last update and today's was becoming 'noticeable' Very confident from here and glad that I added some more this morning.

"� JDA remains targeted for completion by the end of July 2018." This remains on track and is good to know at this stage as it shows things are moving as they should. GE-CMEC want this and Mozambique want this, There is no doubt. Once JDA confirmation, that should have a massive effect here but there will also be incremental progress for the stock along the way. We should be in a strong position by the time we need further funds, particularly with historic costs coming our way (again, we're talking to the tune of tens of millions!)

Had a reasonable holding already but bought more this morning as confident that discussions between the parties are going very well. Market will wake up and this will gain momentum as folk take positions. We have SPs in the order of, first, 20p, and then 40p and 50p and more waiting. With only 265million shares in issue and many held rightly...you can imagine the rest..

Thanks Badeli and PaulStomach Mentioned in an earlier post, after reflection, it was clear that they needed whatever length of time to move things to a point where reporting back to the market was possible. I myself have contacted the company several times but received a response only the once, stating what I'd expected, that they were in the process and would update the market at an appropriate time.
