Convinced now that the spread is designed to confuse, including get a holders to sell i.e big trades looking like sells when really buys MMs are clearly short of shares. Only a few trickling through, occasionally

Noting again that buys are coming in under the mid price of the SP, making them loo like sells --- in turn, perhaps, encouraging further sells??

Just like yesterday, we may get to see some sizeable trades (buys) later today (yesterday 10million and 12.5million reported in the afternoon).

Personally, believe they will have already agreed the deal and now is about arranging the paperwork. But folks should do their own research, as always.

We can get to DFS in rapid time (relatively speaking). This is what makes Zulu a hugely appealing prospect to all parties.

chippy to be fair the debacle around RHA came about because we took it into production likely too early, before we were able to fully understand grades and other issues. Then came the processing challenges around tungsten; then we were hit by a falling tungsten price etc. (this is if we go completely by the official line). So a right mess but one that can be redeemed in due course

With Zulu, the main focus is to explore, define and take to DFS, On the exploration front, we've actually had few problems or issues (across the portfolio). And with a Lithium specialist such as KDNC partnering up with us, there everything to be positive about and to look forward to.

For now, Zulu is my focus. Just a matter of days is all.

Just can't see KDNC turning this down. I would add that the additional time - the 20 day extension till 14th September - will have helped KDNC organise themselves following due diligence.

If KDNC go ahead with Zulu, then it instantly places a value of $17million odd on Zulu (i.e. $5.1million investment by KDNC of r approximately 30% of Zulu); $17million would be equal to PREM's current market cap! Remembering that we got to account for Circum and RHA yet.

KDNC would be mad to turn down Zulu. In truth, KDNC could've done with stumbling upon PREM/Zulu much earlier. This is the big one in their possible prospectus/possible portfolio. Zulu's size and economics are stunning. A combination that is potentially unparalleled.

With funding in place, there is effectively a straight line to DFS and whatever that lays beyond this (e.g. JV with a major, Take-Over etc.). KDNC needs a project will deliver a quicker win than they have had so far, This is it - and would it be a very big win. It's all down to them, following due diligence, to approve it. Believe they will (from the hefty buy orders being filled, seems others with perhaps more insight than ourselves believe so too).

Have to agree about BUY order being filled in the background. Late yesterday, we say a 10million trade and then a 12.5million trade, in quick succession.
