Randomfella, anything's possible. The more appropriate question perhaps is how likely? GR loaned us $300, 000. He's not going to be able to walk away with a $7 million investment in Circum on the basis of that. Neither do I think he will try. For good or bad, whether folks like it or not, GR is PREM; PREM is GR. They are one and the same. The bad is, this has dragged us to where we are, by this point. The good? He's been fighting tooth and nail all the way to this point. Next week, when we should be expecting news by, is his chance to change things massively here. He sleeps and breathes this thing and has a point to prove. He's gone from Hero to Zero. In matter of days, he could go from Zero to Superhero. Let's see.

There's nothing to worry about regarding GR and mates running off with Circum or some other issue related to Zulu. If folks listen to the interview KDNC CEO did (see Vox Markets I posted), you'll see KDNC are very keen. The economics and metrics suit them, and turn around for Zulu is way quicker than anything else they're on. You'll also notice that the KDNC CEO acknowledges (across both interviews) that he has responsibility towards his own shareholders, to get the KDNC SP up and that's why they're looking at Zulu and other similar prospects Finally, he acknowledges the links and connections GR has in Zimbabwe. You can see that this, in their eyes, carries weight. There's nothing faffing around now at ZULU. All parties concerned want to move as quickly as possible. In fact, should be noted that KDNC CEO wanted a quick turnaround on Zulu, to bring '...it into production as soon as possible'. They know they can get to DFS on one year and begin building the mine soon after, on a pittance in terms of CAPEX requirements. Again, folks need to listen to the podcasts and interviews.

Snowking, not necessarily expecting an RNS. Would love it if it happened. But tomorrow is the deadline for due diligence. So an RNS next week makes more sense. That said, no reason why they wouldn't since nothing technically is prohibiting them from releasing news on ZULU. It's up to them if they conclude quick enough to release news tomorrow. We've turned the corner, in my view. After listening to KDNC CEO talking about Zulu, am confident they want this. The extension likely wasn't no normal delay. It probably included preparations for post-aV-Approval. Folks should listen to those interviews, follow the links I've posted. Good stuff! RHA Update now imminent. CIRCUM close. Really close! Placement shares were meant to be in sticky institutional hands. If institutional dumping, SP would've been lower to entice a market to buy the loose stock. Seems more like buy orders being filled but somewhat constrained by low volume, so this is the only way MMs are able to do it. We remain on course for Zulu due diligence, end if week to conclude, and notification soon after.

Due diligence period goes right up to Friday 14th September. Expecting an RNS before then, especially on the basis that not having heard by the end of the week must mean an extension is required, is unrealistic and over-cooking the scenario.

I believe they will conclude due diligence on time and, after that, it's a matter of how long we have to wait to hear. PREM NOMAD will be aware of the deadline, and the need for news release, and will be advising accordingly.

The outcome of the due diligence has to be announced, one way or other. Just a matter of when. Monday gives the weekend to work on the RNS, though much of it could be being written now, if there's has been enough progress and confidence around it.

I'm also with ThumbsUp that KDNC would want to make sure of a thorough due diligence process before agreeing to commit funds equivalent to one quarter of their market cap.

It's always possible that after Due Diligence, a company walks away. Happens all the time.

So then, how likely is it that it could happen here?

That's for all PIs to individually decide, based upon their own research and understandings.

Done as much research as I can. I am of the view that they will keep to their deadline and that we will hear very soon after. Additional to that, I am of the opinion that KDNC would be crazy t walk away. Absolutely nuts!

Zulu for KDNC is a major positive step up!

I have spoken to the company and they have said they are confident of sticking with the timetable/deadline now in place. If he/company is misleading us, and the entire things drags further, then that's it for him.

Regarding the additional time, it is possible that the election had slowed things down. I personally believe that if due diligence had proven that Zulu was a 'goer', then they may well have needed more time to prepare other things, such as funding (from KDNC's end). Releasing news of a positive due diligence process and KDNC deciding to go ahead, would have a much better, immediate affect for all parties if the funding had also been put in place, and was simultaneously announced with the approval of Zulu JV. Of course, I could be wrong.

As things stand, I remain confident that the process is on target to be completed by the date stated, and we should hear some time soon after.

The main thing we PIs should be concerned with is binding JDA. This has been 'delayed' becasue GE and CMEC preferred to wait for the new EDM CEO to be in place and for that subsequent letter of support. Taking this into account, they have an agreed time line for the JDA to proceed. This is the official line.

Due Diligence is officially to be completed by the end of the week (14th September is KDNC''s due diligence deadline, as per company guidance). When I spoke to the company, they were very confident about meeting that deadline. RNS should come very shortly after the deadline is up.

Seems to me there are number of buy orders in place, but that volume is low making filling them difficult. It's why MMs setting a confusing spread (listed SP sitting slightly above the actual SP, hence buys under mid price looking like sells, designed to encourage further sells and discourage further buying).

No way anyone could sell 10million today at 0.19 Most of the buying today was done below the mud price. True SP likely nearer 0 19p for much of the today. I know as I tried a number of dummy trades, and the dummy buys I was watching were all under the mid price, coming in at 0.1905p to 0.1908p on numerous occasions. 0 19p for 10million tells me that we should've been at 0.19p as the listed SP and not surprised that someone got in at that price towards the end (if you can afford to put in an order 10million, you like have access to the very best prices). Accumulation going on.
